Follow up Question: Does your pup climb up the ladder into your RTT? We're about to get an RTT soon and with two dogs, when I go alone I may prefer them in the tent with me, while with the family they will spend their night in the annex.

Not by herself. She only sleeps up there when I'm without wife/kids and I need a little spoon.

    I hear ya!
I'll have to wait and see how my pups do with the whole ladder option. Their provided insulation would be welcomed during the winter trips lol.

Yeah that picture was from Saline Valley (near Death Valley) in December. It was colder than a witches tit at night. She was welcome to spoon when it was 22* outside.

I love pits, they're too damn cute. Sweetest dogs I've ever been around too. It's so sad they have such a bad name bc in every situation I've been in they are the complete opposite to their reputation. So goofy and loving.

Yeah I picked her up on the way back from Vegas from a couple of thug kids trying to sell six week old puppy pitbull's. I wish I could've taken both as it was a brother and sister. I decided to take the girl so that she would not be bred for fighting dogs. And I made it a point to take her around as many people and children possible while she was a puppy, so that she would be a well rounded happy dog. I may have made a mistake because she loves everybody to the point where it's overwhelming to new people LOL. That tail wags so hard that she splits the tip open and leaves paint brush marks all down my hallway's. Freaking silly dog. It's frustrating when somebody finds out that's what I have and tells me "oh you better be careful". Sometimes it's scary how ignorant people are.
Although you couldn't tell my meeting her I trained her to protect my women. She will not put up with anybody play fighting or even messing with my girls. Even if I get into a tickle fight with my daughter my dog gets in between us. She even break up fights at dog parks and gets in between the two dogs. She's a mediator LOL. Very much the character.
