    Negative, sir!!! Cooking and absorbing grease as the onions are sweating causes a change in color through absorption of the fat, not through the process of caramelization... You my friend, need a lesson in making a proper mirepoix :D

    So a little back story we have 17 year old chihuahua that is both deaf and blind. He stays in the kitchen for the most part cause he can feel his way around, he is not puppy proof. So the chairs and the baby gate is how we keep them separated. I put the GWP food and water up for the evening and apparently it wasn't put up enough.

    I think she is usually fine when she gets there, but she was shaking like hell today when I was dropping her off. She's a bit of a fuzzball at the moment haha. I'll get a pic of her this weekend once she does her obligatory swim while we're in the pool.
