Who's got dogs? Post your pup!

Life goals... to be able to sleep as comfortably as my dog(s)!!!!

 

Or to sleep as much as my dog..
He eats, poops, and sleeps, that's about it..

 

Got a pic of Martha on our walk in the forest today. I never take my phone but the Rav is getting new wheels put on today, so brought it in case the shop called.

We also brought our bear-banger, as we have seen the coyotes too many times and too close recently. One of them was tracking us yesterday.

She's on a very long rock climbing leash (45'), as it is technically an on-leash area, others use it AND because of the deer and coyotes.

She was pulling to get towards him. He was coming towards us as she's probably the perfect take down size for them.

I've never seen a dog carcass in there, luckily, but we have come across some deer parts.

We had a dog once who would get rubber bands and hold them in her paws, grab it with her teeth, stretch it out while flinching, and then let go with the paws to snap herself in the mouth. She'd do it over and over. Dogs are goofs, but they are gifts!

Snowstorm today. Arthur loves it!

Funny how his face reminds me of the 3rd gen tundra’s frontend. I think it’s his eyes and snout.

That's efin' awesome and the scenery is beautiful..
I don't hunt anymore but the best hunts I ever had was quail, dove, and pheasant with a friend that had great dogs.
Watching those dogs work was one of the best things that ever happened on a hunt...

 

I'd bet that back ridge stands straight up when he is pissed..
