    It's how we ended up with the most annoying cat I've ever had. "Simon" was a foster of ours that had this cute playful "bark" to him. My wife liked it so much she kept him as her cat. It's easy for me to let go, we get them for the fun time while they are playful babies, the humane society takes care of all their needs, we return them and get another batch a few months later.

    Should have another batch in Sept/Oct. somewhere in there. We also feed what appears to be 3 stray cats and at times an opossum.

    Meet Pilar! Short for Caterpillar. Nearly 2 years ago, I brought home a feral cat I befriended at work. Sadly, he got out not long after. It was during the months-long search that we came across this sweet girl stuck inside the engine compartment of a bright yellow excavator (hence the name). We always held out hope we'd find the boy cat we lost, and in the meantime quickly fell in love with this goofy girl. She's about 6 and has been on the street for sometime considering I found a 3-year-old post in our neighborhood app asking if anyone knew where she lived. We unfortunately have lots of feral/street cats in our area. And crappy people; x-rays showed a bb stuck in her back leg!

    I love animals and definitely try to spoil her now. Very sweet and playful with just a little sass :)
