    That's awesome man! I'm just a bit north just south of Charlotte, and I'll be honest, 98% wasn't anything like you describe. It was cool, got darker than usual, but nothing like the news had us all expecting ha. We did get the temp drop, which was great, but nothing near darkness. Still fun to watch with the glasses as the moon covered the sun, but now I know what 1-2% difference makes :thumbsup:

    Dude, it's been terrible on and off this summer. It's weird, one week is decent, upper 80's and low/mid humidity, quite nice out. But then bam, 100% humidity, 95+ with heat indexes 100+.

    I literally am drenched in sweat just walking to the truck lol. I mow the yard/weed eat/blow etc and I might have well just jumped in a pool I'm so wet.

    Been a muggy summer for sure.
