i just put a 5100 level on a buddy's 2018... lane departure works - I'm not going to stand in front of it to test the pedestrian auto brake feature...

I leveled my 2018 TRD off road and everything seems to work fine but i have not tested the pedestrian sensor to see if that still works.

so on the way home i tested the cruise control distance sensor and it worked like normal and the emergency brake pedestrian thing also worked as expected
only had the lift a week the ride is good for a lifted truck and ive only had to do a little clearance work on the inner fender.

you are correct on the amp steps the installer spent about 4 hours on the phone with the reps to get it figured out not sure what was diff and what they did but they work great and the whole family likes them they look clean and bad ass
normally i install my own stuff not one of those guys with buckets of money but this time it was diff i live in south east texas where hurricane harvey hit, thats why the new tundra, had a 2016 tss 2wd no mods, loved it, just dont have the time to do a job this big so i out sourced, but i wanted 4x4, and a new truck was necessary so i went all out and made it mine didn't say i could afford all this i just did it. my wife hates me right now, ask for permission or beg for forgiveness

I have that same torso problem! I was going to get a Tacoma for my daily driver but head touches roof (sun roof option) and is just about in the non. That’s just sitting in one never mind driving down a rough road.

Seriously how annoying is it! And I'm only 6'2" so when I tell a car dealer that I want to see if I fit in a vehicle they just give me an "are you an idiot" kind of look. Then I sit in the vehicle and usually hit the roof with the back of my head lol
Oh, and my head brushes the roof of the tundra bit it's far better than any other car (other than a 2015 and on Silverado/Sierra)

I’m close on the Sun roof option as well on the Tundra but there is room, & if your touching then your worse than I am, lol.
The GM’s use to be a lot tighter until the redesign. My head touches on my 08 and on my 11 but on the 16 there is so much more room. Even the design of the seat actually fits the length of my Torso now only if the bottom part of the seat was better. It’s too narrow, soft, and short in length. They should have copied the Tundra.

Yeah, I tried a 2013 sierra and it was awful but the new design has heaps more room. Tundra is just enough but it's better than my landcruiser was so I'm happy :)
