Thanks. The 'Panoramic view monitor' is only available on the Platinum model in Canada according to Toyota Canada's website but I don't know how it's different from the Multi-terrain view monitor available on the Limited TRD Off Road model. I've looked at the Owner's Manual and it appears the difference is the full camera views will automatically display when you put the Platinum truck in reverse. Other than that, you can press the camera switch button on the dash in both models to get the full camera views. I'd appreciate any clarity anyone could add regarding the differences between the two view monitors. Thanks.

How are the headlights? I have a hard time seeing at night so thats something that would prevent me from buying a vehicle if its not good. Night pics with lights on would be great!

I think they call it something else on the platinum model because is can’t get the off-road package. In the off-road it functions the same. My limited OR shows the camera when in reverse or when I slow while driving. But could be different in USA

    Bennett Toyota in Pennsylvania.

Also found out this morning. My SR5 TRD sport premium also has auto dimming side mirrors. The driver side mirror was facing my house flood light and the mirror was completely blue.

Good to hear that it has Auto Dim side mirrors. I wonder if my SR5 TRD OR premium will also have that feature.
BTW - I will be picking mine up from Bennett as well, hopefully in a few weeks.

headlight….. not so hot in my mind.. my 2020 Tacoma gave a superior patterns reach vs the LED in this truck… they aren’t horrible, just preferred taco headlights

Could someone with a Wind Chill Pearl Platinum, preferably with the power running boards, post a side view with the doors open and another shot from the back seat to the front showing the 14” screen? Thanks in advance!

2022 Tundra TRD Off Road (Army Green)

Picked my SR5 TRD Off Road in Army Green up one week ago, so far absolutely stoked on the truck! The interior is beautiful, the twin turbo feels super quick and so far mileage has been around EPA in city, obviously still needs to break in, i only have 200km on the ODO! It replaces my beloved 2017 Off Road Tacoma, and i gotta say no regrets so far! Got rid of the stock tires and went to a 275/70r18 KO2 to better match our winter and mountain road conditions.

Canadian option maybe? They already get the nice TRD pro steering wheel and shift knob.

Picked up my CrewMax 6.5 on Monday, absolutely love the butter smooth ride. She's massive, but she looks amazing. Looking for some running boards, hoping Toyota will have the oem automatic running boards available soon, the same ones that are installed on the platinum/1974 editions..

Love the KO2's, what load range did you go with C or E? Does the ride feel harsher at all? & is your speedo off by much with the taller tire?
Thinking about some ko2's as well, or just wait till summer for the TRD PRO guys to sell me their take-offs.. your truck looks amazing!

Yessir! Was living in downtown Seattle the last 4 years, but recently moved to the suburbs earlier this year due to permanent WFH and needing garage space. I'm in Auburn.

    Tires and bilstein
proper tires make a huge difference. For the price, Toyota should offer you a few tire choices, the new Michelin’s look like they made the tread even skinnier than the width of the tire from sidewall to sidewall

I drove my 2020 straight to my local tire shop on day 1 and put oversized ko2’s as well. Never looked back

I have the same mats in my TRD OR, Canadian version. So far, the front and back mats are amazing, can’t imagine changing them out.

Finally got my Platinum after waiting since Nov. Was stuck in QC hold since being built at the end of November. Has the advanced package and the power running boards. Love it so far. Now got to see if I can have a chance at fitting it into the garage.

Beautiful truck. You wouldn’t happen to know, or be able to find, the part numbers for the power running boards and bed step? There are a few of us SR5 gang that would like to add them.

Does your truck not have heated front seats? Steering wheel?

I never received my official window sticker but I just called the dealer and asked for one. It’s weird how differently they option similar trucks in the US vs Canada. We had way less build options but my SR5 TRD OR came with the TRD wheel and shifter, nice all weather mats, heated wheel and seats, locking lug nuts, trailer hitch and ball, bed cleats, dual zone climate, 8 way power seats. I’ve seen lots of US trucks without those things on certain builds. I’ll be curious to see my official window sticker.

Yea we got the short end of the stick, maybe because theyre in such high demand they knew it would sell regardless of all the option. I did get lucky and only paid msrp.. where i know alot of places are being marked up.. But even so at 52k+10% tax it would have been nice to get the power/heated seats. My deal breaker was the Off-road package bilstein shocks and as long as I had the 4wd, lockers, crawl/terrain select i was pulling the trigger. I also wanted white.
