I am also waiting on my 2022 Platinum on QC hold. Anyone here think there is a good value or demand for a quick resale of this truck?

 

i want a Crewmax with the 6.5 bed but am waiting on Toyota to workout all their kinks first.

best looking trim and color in my opinion. That’s exactly that I wanted but settled for an available Limited w/ same color. I’m happy. But, that’s perfect!

 

I have one on order but I am in touch with sparks parts to get the color matched mustache and the TRD grille

I was born in West Philly but grew up in 69th street. Left that area in 1979 to move to Virginia, and still here today.

Thanks for posting the Platinum in the Wind Chill Pearl. Have mine on order and have a build date of 2/28/22.

 

I will. They have access to the parts but there’s no images to match part numbers. Grille surrounds come unpainted and they are working with their partner to provided paint match and pricing.

 

@DrZoidberg They have color match mustache available? Sparks parts? Do they have for the midnight black?

I was planning to murder out my 1794…but the chrome is growing on me a bit. What do you think…?

 

Not yet.and to keep the 1794 looks better with chrome. The platinum is just too many colors of chrome, grille, painted black and vinyl.

 

my guess is less than the old grill cost, the side stash parts are like the same size as mirror caps from photos!

 

supposodly trd on bottem of steering wheel is Canada’s version from what I’ve seen…. I’m picking up mine this evening post pics later!

 

my dealer just told he doesn't know where my truck is at. . he was pushing me hard to put a down payment on it and promised it'll be in before the end of the month. and that it was "at the port." now he's saying there's no update on it and earliest it's coming is probably beginning of February sometimes.

 

wheels have a +18 offset. tire poke out about 1/2 inch. MPG about 14-15.

 

My 1794 has been on the truck since 1/19/22. Landed on the railroad delivery no my dealer states cant get of hold trucker co.
Wanted a nonrefundable deposit but stated if I sign today truck is yours, just hand me keys and ride away when delivered. HAHA Joke

Is that the RC leveling kit installed? If so, what are the wheel well measurements if you don't mind me asking? I have the kit, but I'm hesitant to install. Want to keep some rake in the back.

Yes it is the Rough Country 1.75” lk.
I don’t recall the exact measurements but after install the front was a little more than 1/4” lower on passenger side and almost 1/2” on driver side compared to the rear.

 

Looks good! Wish factory tires came like that. Tire reminds me of Nitto Ridge Grapplers.
