Great news! I have the trd lift on the front but the rear is a little low with the stock arms adjustment. I was having a moment of doubt about getting rear high enough. Amazing no errors about not having the avs there anymore.

Picked it up yesterday. It is an amazing truck! Only one minor issue, the rear side windows have an 1/8" gap in between the bottom seal. Is this something others have been seeing as well? Of note, it is an sr5 off-road and does not have the motorized front air dam. I am also looking to purchase a bed mat. Black armour and OEM is what I have been looking at. Are others available? Also looking for some nerf steps, similar to the predator steps but not so low. Preferably aluminum.

Great looking truck, really like this colour. Congratulations on expecting a child! If it's your first you'll be in for some adjusting. The highs are high and the lows are low but it's an amazingly fulfilling experience. We just had our second last month. Tundra needs to get here soon the Yaris ain't cutting it any more lol

X42069, thanks! I got lucky on the color and had good timing with dealer. This will be my third kid. Kids now are age 8 and 2. The first two were planned but this one is a surprise. Just before snip-snip

Great looking truck Dugnor! I like the chrome too...have a 1794 that I hope to get next month after a 8 month wait.
When did you get your truck and what options do you have on it? I'm asking because my dealer told me last week that he can't get me a WCP 1794 with the options I also want. Instead getting MGM as my 2nd choice.

Thanks truckit, got the truck about a month ago.
It has the advanced package with power running boards and bed step, console safe, tonneau cover, rich cream interior.
Took it on a 1000 mile round trip to Phoenix last week, I averaged 23.5 MPG.
So much better than my 2012.

Picked up my PRO 3 weeks ago. It’s a beast. Absolutely no regrets and this is coming from a guy that’s had multiple F250s and multiple second gen Tundras. A 500 hp DSM. A 700hp Terminator and GT350R in the past.

The V8 roar, I miss that from my 2UZ-FE also Im going to disable the fake V8 sound they pipe through the speakers. Other than that its a nicer ride for sure, but im coming from a much older truck.

Things in the prior gen I missed in the 22. Transmission smoothness, rear window size, rear seat height, turning radius, center console top lid configuration, and back window Button location.

I’d also add seat height/ position. I didn’t need jackers in my 21 pro but my 22 pro did.

Do they pipe in the sound on all trim levels? Or is it just onTRD PRO?

In Canada it is limited and up I believe. Limited comes with the standard 9 Speaker system as per toyota.ca. Don't believe there is an upgrade option for the JBL either.

Correct me if I am wrong

I’m not a 3rd gen owner, so take this with a grain of salt.

Things I like about the 3rd gen:
    • better fuel economy
    • low end torque
    • more payload (even if it’s not that much)
    • rear locker option (but WHHHHHYYYYY is it only available in 4Lo?!)

Things I think they went the wrong way with:
    • visibility (a bigger deal in person than looking at specs online)
    • worse approach angle
    • worse turning radius
    • seems more focused on tech and comfort
    • not big enough gains in the #1 and #2 complaints about the 2nd gen (fuel economy and payload)

My 2nd gen is slower, it isn’t as impressive on tech, it isn’t as flashy, but it just does everything with absolutely zero fuss and feels like it will continue to do so for as long as I care to keep it. This is worth a LOT to me, even though I really like the 3rd gens. I feel like I would miss that rock solid dependability feeling in a far more complicated truck.

    Just my two cents.

That is what my personal Toyota dealership told me was limited and up with premium audio
