I Blackstone tested my +400 hp WRX STI after using Mobile 1, Amsoil, and Royal Purple. All came back completely uneventful, and with plenty of life. I vaguely remember the Mobile 1 actually showed the best results.

Thinking Mobil 1 is the best oil is like thinking white is the fastest color, pffffft.:crapstorm::D

Still not sure what is meant by this forum's title, but any credibility was lost when the OP noted M1 was "thinner". I believe the viscosity rating has that rather complex criterion covered. Chuckle.

If the million mile tundra can get by on bulk synthetic, which some here say is Mobil1, than I can too. Lol

I’m almost 50 years old. I’ve have not encountered any oil related complications yet. I’ve rode the RP,Amsoil,Valvoline trains in everything from Rock crawling Jeeps, Kawasaki Ninjas, to outboard Evinrudes.

    It’s mostly a comfort issue.
