Well I'm on my 10th BFG that wont balance.....so I need to do something.

My old Cooper hybrids hat bad wet traction (boat ramps). I have heard of nothing but great things from Toyo users.

That’s not a bad size but of course every driver is different. Zero issues on my end rain or shine. If anything I feel like my Truck does better in the rain and has more traction than the brand new Michelin’s that used to be on it IMO

Discount tires only give me $60 a tire. If you were close I’d sell them to you. Only 10,000 miles on them.

I’m pretty much on the pavement but, once in a blue moon or if someone gets in a bind I want a little off road peformance.might have to look into the AT IIIs.

The Nitto Ridge Grappler is pretty popular as well.

    Number 1 choice would be
    Yokohama Geolander MTs
Then I’d go to BFG MTs
I’ve had BFG all terrains they are good tires but you have to stay on the tire rotation schedule they cup pretty quick my past experience, can’t comment on Toyos when it comes to warranty check the small print some of them have limitations on them like oversized tires are not covered and certain type of off roading. My son just went through that with Nitto on some trail grapplers they wouldn’t cover his tires because of off road use. They have 18000 miles on them and look like they have 80000 on them didn’t wear well at all. If I get at least 40000 miles out of them I’ll stick with them and keep buying those tires because I’m not easy on tires.
    Good luck on your search.

    KO2s

Ran them on a Jeep Wrangler for 40,000 and counting. I’d say they still have another 20k+ left. They also went through the Rubicon and did exceptional.

Ran them on a work F150 for over 45,000 and still counting. I’d say they’re right around the same mileage left as the Jeep. They have been all over the state of California and have always performed well.

The tires are a workhorse. They are look great, they do great in snow, they can air down, the side walls are strong, and much more. I am buying them for my new 2019 TRD Sport.

I had a set of Nitto Grapplers almost 35's on my Wrangler. Loved them. An aggressive AT tire but quiet. Virtually identical to the Toyo ATII. Down to the shape of the sidewall tread. Looked like a lightning bolt. I originally wanted the Toyo ATII but it was during the stevedore strike and I couldn't get them so 4WP comped me with the Nittos.

Got over a 100K out of them. But I am easy on tires. I also got 90k out of the factory Goodyear Wranglers.

@gdisarray that’s awesome mileage. As of now I thinkI am going to go with BF Goodrick price wise. Might have to give Nitto a run in the future.
