You should probably do the reset procedure in the manual, then.

But only after you air all four tires and one spare up to the correct level.

Maybe one day I’ll put some time into resetting it, if that’s even possible without having sensors at all. However for a vehicle I’m lucky if I put 10 miles a week on it’s not that important currently.

Mine is solid. It just has the wrong sensors  .. My wheels are from my 07 4runner, and put them on my FGT. Too lazy to remove tires, remove sensors from both sets of wheels, put tires back on wheels, fill them up, balance.. etc.. Ill figure out how to get rid of the light one day.. Either black tape, or just get new sensors.. Unless I can get a calibrator on Amazon and use the ones from the runner, and recalibrate for the Tundra?? hmmm..

Uh, are you sure the 07 T4R uses an incompatible sensor? I don't think it does. I think you just need to program the ID of the T4R sensors in your TPMS ECU.

The Denso sensors did not work. My mechanic tried with a set he ordered. Those work intermittently. I'm going to agree with Shifty that my mechanic doesn't know how to synchronize them. I see no point in spending $160 for something that works half of the week. I'm going to have those removed and go back to the faulty factory ones and use a piece of of tape to cover the light on the dashboard.

No, I was just not sure if I could reprogram them from one toyota to another, by using one of them TPMS relearning tools. or If i have to go to a dealer, which would cost more IMO.

Any tire store with a TPMS handheld should be able to manage for you.

... And that's easier than getting a mechanic that's not a dumbshit who apparently enjoys wasting your time and money on parts that 100% should work, he's just too fucking stupid to know how? I'm lost on the logic here...

Go to any major chain tire store. They should be able to program the Denso sensors to work.
