    I just purchased a 2012 Tundra and it has a Kenwood stereo in it. It is junk and Id like to get an OEM, preferably used, where's a good place to try to get one?
    Also, is there a way to get door locks to unlock all with one click of remote?

    Welcome to the forum.

    First thing I would do is pull the Kenwood HU and make sure they used a Toyota wiring harness when it was installed.
    Hopefully, and probably, they did and it'll make the swap easier.

    Which Kenwood is it?
    I can't imagine it being worse than the crappy stock HU..

    A lot of variables to figure out;
    Was the stock system JBL?
    Crewmax or double cab?
    Still have the stock speakers?
    What shape are they in?
    Is there an amp hooked up?
    Aftermarket sub or JBL sub?
    Etc....

    I will have to dig into the stereo and see what’s there.
    I speakers are stock. There aren’t any amps in the truck.

    Check ebay for used OEM. Not sure you want to go that route though. Take a look under the passenger side front seat just to make sure there is no amp there.
