Y'all must have some nice roads to trust those magnet mounts etc.... Thanks to the ice and salt I drive over roads that couldn't pass for Fallujah.

I recently purchased a RAM Mount with twist lock from a first responder supply store. The quality is amazing. I've had suction phone mounts before, thrashed everyone. This one has been stuck to my front windshield for over a month with no signs of letting go. I have it mounted in the top left corner, positioned so the phone lines up with the A pillar, I lose no visibility.

Check out their site, they are currently running a 20% off sale. This is the one I have purchased for my phone (iphone 7plus): http://www.rammount.com/part/RAM-B-166-UN10U

    Enjoy,
    Abear

My wife bought me this suction cup mount for the windshield. It's great and works really nice with Waze showing.

I also use the Mob Armor mount. I like it because the mount attaches with a magnet as well so you can remove the mount when not in use.

I use the little nook in the lid of the center console. Doesn't slide and fully accessible if needed.

Demerit points are recorded against an operators licence. When a total of eight or more but less than 15 points have accumulated, you are mailed a courtesy notice of point standing. When an accumulation of 15 or more points occurs within a two-year period, your licence is automatically suspended for one month.

Crazy. I'm unsure if they have that in the states. I always assumed speed limits were pulled out a thin air in order to increase revenue.

Side note.... this is my 50th post. Time to go sell some shit!

Do you get demerit points for parking violations? Pretty sure you don't in CO.
@Sean266 Am I right? No points against your license for parking violations?

I use a Hondo Garage mount. It mounts to the dash vent. No drilling or modification.
It's a little pricey, but well made.

+1, that is where they all should be when driving. Mine stays in my pocket unless I need to charge it. Then it sits in the center console. I saw behind a dude a few months back that was actually watching a movie on a portable DVD player. It was set up in the front and facing the driver. I stayed behind him.
