Thinking about going with the Cooper St Maxx in a 275/70/18, and the rims I want are +18 offset and 9" wide.

The suggested rim width based on their website is 7-8.5. Im sure a 9" will still fit, but what effect will this have if any?

    Anyone running this setup?

Will I notice a huge drop in mpg compared to the Cooper 275/70/18 if I went with 305/65/18 BFG KO2s instead which are .1" taller and .8" or so wider?
