I have so many flashlights that i don't know which is my favorite.

I have high powered, mini lights, magnetic, cheap and expensive headlamps, 4 D cell Maglights, and so many cheap-o's that i don't ever know where any of them are.

The problem is none of them are perfect. They are all missing something that i wish each had.

I recently purchased this 1000 Lumen Fenix lamp: https://www.fenixlighting.com/product/fenix-tk20r-rechargeable-flashlight/
I thought this would be the ultimate solution but i found that rechargeable is not the way to go for me. It's never ready when i need it and for high powered usage it burns out in less than an hour and a half. I've even resorted back to my cheap mini cigarette sized single AAA lamp and a Wal Mart headlamp. There MUST be the perfect light out there.

What are you guys using that you find to be the "PERFECT" flashlight??

I have some Surefire flashlights. I think they are a little outdated and the batteries are outrageously expensive and don't last long.

My work just purchased everyone some rechargeable kick ass ones at work. I will check on the brand tomorrow. These flashlights make it daytime again.

Yeah, check it out. i feel like i have flashlights in every crevice in my house, truck, shoes, and kitchen cabinets....but i can never find one when i need it. I don't like things attached to my belt and i don't wear a tool belt any longer so they usually just lay around...and then the vultures (kids) swipe em and never bring them back!!

Got a 1000 Lumens Cree flashlight. I forget the brand, but it's served me well, although I do want a better one......

Mine does great but still wonder if there's anything better!

Fenix has some spectacular lights but they think very highly of their products and price them accordingly

I use my LED Milwaukee 18 V flashlight the most. I have lots of other small flashlights but this one I have multiple batteries for as it came in a kit. I leave it under my front seat at all times.

I thought this said flesh light!

I've got a small Cree (Solaray PRO ZX-1) in my bug out bag, and a fatty 3 Cell LED Mag light in my middle seat compartment (doubles as weapon honestly).

    See fine print
I used to be a surefire fan but since Fenix came out I am a fenix fan now.

I have the RC15 on the charging cradle in the garage and I have a PD35 for a more compact Cary. Both are good. Just pick the right tools for the job.

Flashlights are like socks. They are always looking for an escape route from this world, and will invariably do so just prior to when you really need them.

For durability its hard to beat a trusty Mag-lite. The newer ones with LEDs are hella bright.

I hate the clips on the Olights. MagTac clips work perfectly for my Carhartt lower side pockets.

For EDC no questions, Zebralight. Ok, a couple questions.... Cool or neutral white? Spot or floody?

    Their headlamps smash all too!

For in my truck, Fenix TK75.

My thought about lights in general; If it doesn't use an 18650 battery, I wont buy it.
