I bought some PIAA Super White Extreme bulbs to replace my stock low and high beam bulbs.

I am not wanting to go crazy on head light mods because I did a bucket swap on my old Taco and they were no where near the quality as the stock Toyota buckets. Leaked and got moisture in them every time it rained. I did the simple, easy, quick, and cheap upgrade right now just upgrading the bulbs.

Been doing a little research. HID vs LED. Just need to get as much light on the road without blinding everyone else out there.

Ive added 4 of the visionX led's
to my new ICI bumper and am looking to find something to match/compliment them.

My preference is retro OEM buckets. You get to choose the projector and will end up with better light on the road AND you won't blind people 'cause of the great cut off. You also get to choose the color of the light and do any additional "bling" things.
Those vision X look sweet btw.

Still trying to decide on LED or HID for the head lights. I may just go HID. Ive seen LED replacement turn and marker bulbs for my stock buckets so I will get those on the way.

These Vision X's are sweet. Waiting for the after dark test. The switchs light up and match the rest of the instrument cluster which is pretty cool. Decided to take up any of my blank switch holes. This is a pretty handy location and I can look down and see if they are on or off. Inboard switch is inboard lights. Out board switch is outboard set.

I went with the Xenon HID Conversions on the low and high beams. 35w on the low and 55w on the high beams. Came with Life Time Warranty on the components and got spare replacement bulbs on both. Will see what I get and how long they last. Sending the PIAA Super White bulbs back when they get here.

I decided to go ahead with the 20 years now tried and true HID's technology for now. The kit is coming tomorrow. Everything else is going LED, it all got here today>

Will do all of the install at one time.

HID conversion was around 250 and the LED 150 for everything exterior.

I have done HID kits on other cars they are bullet proof for the most part if you get a good reliable kit. The slim ballasts are great and easy to fit. I still might try the LED bulbs, I did LED on inside, and rear license plate lights.

Got the HID and LED front end conversion done today. Waiting on my single outlet LED light bar wiring harness. Should be here tomorrow. Installing that and doing the all of the rear end bulbs in the morning. Front and rear lighting should will be done. Going to tackle the interior next.

Got the best deal and warranty from www.superbrightleds.com and I went with www.Xenonhids.com 35w low beam and 55w high beam.

IM STOKED, TONS OF LIGHT and the HID color matches my LED VisionX pretty nicely.
