    Nothing... kept clean and if something is loaded back there I'm pretty careful not to gouge the bed spray. I use my trailer for any work and let it take the abuse.

    I see a lot of bad rugs out there and really like them but I don't have a tunnea cover either. My question is using a bad rug in Chicago without the two no cover is that asking for a short lived bed rug situation where It rots out?

    Heck no. I had an F150 that I bought new for about 7 years. I put a BedRug in it a few weeks after I bought it and didn't have any type of cover over it. It looked about as good when I traded it in as when I put it in. I just put one in my Tundra yesterday evening and have no plans to install a cover.
