I just picked up one a few months ago...having never shot it, it felt so good in my hand (heh) that I bought it without having done so.

Got to the range...and it's actually more accurate and easy for me to shoot than my G19X - and that's saying a lot. I absolutely love it.

(Technically I did get the P365XL.)

I have the same one, really like. Shoots really well. Finding additional magazines is impossible, I have been looking for months

Century, the company that imports Caniks, hasn't had any Canik mags available on their own website in over a year. Love Canik pistols but without extra mags they are useless to me.

I like my Smith 360PD .357 mag. It’s only 11 ounces empty, Scandium frame and titanium cylinder. Usually use .38 +Ps.

If I carry, with a gun I might own...It's a Springfield Hellcat. And there could be a Beretta APX under the seat and if we are lucky where unicorns live...I may also be able to find a custom EPC-9 in the cab somewhere.

I love my Colt! It’s not a Gold Cup, though. It’s just a Colt Competition in .45 made several years before CZ took over. If I had to do it over again, I should’ve gotten it in 9mm - much cheaper than .45 ACP. Mine’s very accurate and so far 100% reliable with almost 1000 rounds. The grip safety has a slight rattle to it, but I understand some Colts are like that, at least the pre-CZ ones. Anyway, I’d be all over a Gold Cup if I had the money.

I have a Para Ordnance Carry. It is a 3" 1911 with a full size grip. I have a Holosun Reflex sight on it and it shoots very well. Carries really nice using IWB kydex holsters of various makes.

I don't know how the hell I'd do it, but every (and I mean every) time I'd shoot one of those things, I'd end up w/my right thumb chewed up from the dang cylinder release. :notsure:

    Too many, but not enough....
Assuming his thumb placement by the knuckle is right by it and the kickback hits it? Never had the problem though

Haha man it's not bad at all. Only time you gotta worry about recoil is when she's got 357 mags in the cylinder

If you're gonna give me something that'll shoot a .357 mag out of a 1" barrel, at least give me some real estate to wrap my hands around!!!!
