What You Got On Your Feet?

So I bought my first ever pair of flip flops this week. Yes, I'm almost 30 and I've never worn, never mind owned, a pair of flip flops.

All I can say is....I'm real glad they were on clearance blow out pricing and under $10. How the hell do you people wear these stupid things? I've never worn a more uncomfortable or impractical pair of footwear in my life. Yes, I tried them on in the store and figured they were a "get used to them" kinda thing. After a few hours, still no good. I'll stick with my strap on, closed toed Keen sandals or boat shoes...

I too am not a big fan of the flip flop between the toe deal. I like the single band that goes across the foot.......which I recently got a new pair of.

I'm with you I bought a pair last January when I was in Florida and forgot we were going to a water park.

I'll stick with my Columbia Jerusalem cruisers.

 

I like these ones. My foot hair doesnt agree with them but Im sure itll all be pulled out in no time.

 

Went with the Asolo. I think they are almost identical to yours.
Tried a few different ones and I knew as soon as I put my feet in these, they were the ones.
I like the ankle support they have and theyre definitely half as heavy as my current North Face.

Vibram. I wear these religiously when i am in the gym .Especially when I am squatting or doing calves. My wife tells me I look like an alien and my kids make fun of me .I can attest that these are the best when I squat and do deadlifts. I also love them when I go hiking although I get weird stares sometimes. Lol.

A buddy of mine just picked these ones up. Says they are awesome....hmmmm

 

Once I feel better and get out of my slippers I will post my other new boots !!

 

This look cool. Can you independently wiggle your toes like Vibrams? Doesn't look like it. Lol. I like them because when you rock climb it's like climbing barefooted but with grip protection even along the side walls like nitto ridge grapplers but a whole lot cheaper Lol

 

I may have to check into a pair. Though if I buy anymore shoes Im gonna have to grow another pair of feet..

gotcha! You see the black sandals with the gems? My ex mother in law bought them for me and are the most comfortable sandals I've ever owned. They are very comfortable and i can wear them all day
