Functional build, tool storage, small Lift with heavy duty leafs to up your payload, slightly bigger e rated at tires for puncture protection, skids/cat protection.
If you keep your eyes open for pre owned stuff it can all be done pretty reasonably

The Cat protection is definitely a priority. I occasionally travel to some dodgy places for materials and would feel better with some protection. There is a mild tint to the rear windows. And I’ll probably never do more. I do plan on blacking out any chrome that doesn’t get deleted. I am planning to replace the front grille and paint the surround. I’ve been emailing with toytec for some perspective on lifts. I’m thinking lift and tires. Along with the cat protection is going to be possible in the first go. I’ll definitely be posting my progress. It’s been fun to see what y’all consider priorities.

For the doublecab I’d recommend the back seat fold down mod so you can access the area back there. Free and takes about 30 mins. You unbolt the bottom of the seats then either bend the back seat hooks down (less work) or cut off the bottom of the brackets (smoother operation). Then add a duha underseat storage and you got alot of storage space inside.
