I'm looking to get (if possible) a taller tire with the stock rims.

Up front I have the bilstein 5100 shocks set on the middle setting. In the back I still have the stock shocks but will replace them soonish with something similar to stock.

Base 2014 4.6 double cab 4wd with stock rims.

    Suggestions on taller tires?

275/70 18 (approx 33" x 10.5") is probably the tallest you can go if you don't want to cut, heat & reshape, etc. Be prepared for the truck will feel sluggish with those heavier tires and you'll take a 1-2 MPG hit.
