Well, in this case it was a kid's playhouse.

And my air conditioning condenser works despite half its screws falling on the ground and the other half sitting in a container by the door because I couldn't get them in. The cover hasn't even flown off or anything.

Being alive. Was headed into Phx, which I make every attempt to avoid, when an aluminum folding ramp came flying out of the bed of a truck 2 lanes over from me and nothing separating us but open space. Fortunately I was on my Sportster which is more nimble than the Street Glide, so I cut right to create more space between me and this uncontrolled object. The Sportster is very loud but I still heard the sound of the scraping metal with sparks flying as it spun wildly on the freeway. It's good to be alive! Lol

Side note: I'll give the driver of the truck some credit as he did exit immediately, presumably to retrieve his or company property, rather than leaving it laying in the middle of the road as is getting more and more common around the greater Phx area.

Sorry to hear that, divorce is never fun. But, AZ is a community property state, so in fact everything you have will have to be settled/agreed on.

Alright, thought it might be dull. Had a co worker many years ago, who when he was young, was outside naked in his backyard and a goose decided to bite his watchmacalit. I cringe everytime now when I hear of bird bites.

Catching my first sunrise in a while, out at the inlaws. Having some coffee and waking up with nature. We're in the middle of nowhere, USA, surrounded by bean and corn fields. The world can be so pleasant when humans aren't around.

I've always thought a global population of under a billion people would be just about right, so roll back time to the 1700s or so. Enough population that there would be pockets of civilization but small enough that the big spaces on the maps were still mostly empty and untamed.

Wide open, empty wilderness without sight or sound of another human is my happy place.

I've been planning to buy another guitar and some of you will never believe this but I couldn't decide between olive drab or black. My wife usually sees when something catches my interest and says "you're not buying that!"

This morning she caught me watching videos of the guitar and said "thats nice you should buy that"

I told her I want to but can't decide which color. She looked at both and said get the green one. Ordering tomorrow morning before she changes her mind. :D

Since we like pics, like a lot...

Nice - olive absolutely looks amazing on a 335 (or whatever Epi calls their version).

It’s one of those colors that don’t work on every guitar - but on the right ones look amazing to me.

I agree, it really makes the gold knobs look right.

The black is very nice as well but I'm going to stop looking at it so I can stay on the green side of the fence. You can look, I'll close my eyes.

For years I have done a job of supporting a business group and their application development by myself. Other similar arrangements have 2 or 3 people doing this job, splitting up the work, but I have done it solo. I did get an employee assigned to me for just over a year. The first 6 months she seemed to be helping with lighter tasks, never moved into big tasks. After that she literally did nothing and eventually got another job elsewhere.

This month we hired another employee and she has been assigned to help me out. Shes right out of college with a masters in business admin and very good with data. This week is when we started having training and shadow sessions. She's eager to learn things, she's asking me very good questions, taking things seriously. I told her I'm gonna have her try writing up development plans and she said she has all day tomorrow to do it, send it. If her work is as good as I anticipate this is the relief I have needed for years.

I was glad my wife couldn't see my monitor. No pics. I'm 2 for 2 with you now.
