Some struggle with accents, and having a mask on makes it even more difficult. Not the fault of the speaker. I struggle to hear people wearing masks because they don't speak up to account for the barrier.

Not the speaker's fault. It's the mask.

Hell, my Texan twang may be hard for some to comprehend behind my mask.

I keep things in my truck to sling out of the sun roof for when I get around people that slow down or drive slow in the left lane. It's always a fun adventure.

If you have a tonneau cover and the rear window that goes down, things can easily fly out the back window and bounce of the cover. Accidentally of course.

Not really angry, but going shopping with my wife and she deviates from the shopping list and a 30min Costco run turns into a marathon!

And then she tries to blame me for our grocery bill being too high and make me feel guilty for eating 3 meals a day instead of snacking incessantly like she does.

When someone going in the opposite direction has an obstruction in their lane. Then creates an obstruction in your lane while avoiding their obstruction by swerving into your lane.

The courteous thing to do is stop, wait until oncoming traffic clears, then swerve into oncoming lane when safe. What do you all think?

I used to get ticked off, but now it s more or less a response. 2 things prompt me to respond immediatly. listening to a commercial, (mostly on the radio), and some clown repeats a phone number over and over. Sometimes 4 times in a row. And at the end of commercials some clown on crack spits out disclaimers so fast that maybe you can understand 1 or 2 words. My response is to turn the volume down. Actually I could do without commercials entitely, but in a capatilist society, I guess a given.

Agreed, though I see it more with people driving the same direction as I am. One more good reason not to drive in someone's blind spot.

I wonder if I could listen to Spotify on my phone in the truck now that I have 4 GB of data (vs the 1 I had previously).

I think Spotify has a limit on number of streams. YMMV

You sure can. Assuming you only really use data during your commute or for a couple hours a day, you'll stay well under the limit. I connect to WiFi at home and at work and use Spotify all the time. The other thing you can do is make or follow playlists you like and when you connect to WiFi download them for offline use, then you won't use data while not connected to WiFi or in an area with no service. I do this for roadtrips and backcountry trips. I rarely use of 2GB of data/month with all my use (internet, spotify, etc) combined.

I thought ALL wives did that? I got used to it years ago. If she wants me to go with her I ALWAYS say, "OK, but I have to back by x:xx." This at least puts some boundaries out there.

AGREED!!!! My wife is bad enough about this, but my kids! Now that they have basically moved out for college, I can start rebuilding my tool collection again. I have already repurchased a precision plier set, another socket set to make sure I have all needed sizes, another ratchet screwdriver, another set of Dremel accessories, etc.

This has been posted I’m sure, but I hate when someone (usually a new member) posts about some problem, does a back and forth a couple times and then never posts back on what the outcome of their problem was... did it get fixed? Go away? What was the fix? Then they go dark...
