The only transplants in this neighborhood are the ones staying in the area boarding houses. The boarding houses are illegal, but the city ignores that. If I complain to the city, you can rest assured I'll get tagged for any and every infraction they can find. They have a quota of citations to write, and today was my day to get hit.

    There's no consequences anymore.
I'd sentence him to having a leg broken, 6 months in the clink and banned from having a YouTube channel. And I think that's extremely light.
It pissed me off to read that if that bison had charged the moron who was standing next to it, taking selfies, they would have to put it down. That makes less than zero sense.
If she got mauled, well, that's it. That's what happens, stupid. Welcome to reality.
Since nothing happened, she should at least have the shit slapped out of her and spend a couple nights in a jail cell.

I've been pulling away from the pump to park in a real parking spot even before you could pay at the pump. Had one cashier rip me a new bung hole saying she thought I was doing a gas and dash. Stupid bitch knew me on a first name basis since I was one of the regulars.

I don’t know what the hell is wrong with people. Like I’ve said before, it doesn’t cost anything to be nice, even just civil to one another, but people still choose to be assholes.

That’s why the next house we’re buying is going to be on acreage far away from people.

Not really angry but just annoyed by women always calling me hun who either don't know me or aren't really much older than me. It was fine when I was in my 20s and they were 20 years or older than me but not so much anymore.

Had the woman at the DD drive through call me that a little too often so once I said "Thanks sweetie" and she shut up any time I drove through after that.

Yeah it depends on the inflection and context. If she’s a sweet girl then its not bad, if she’s saying it like you’re an idiot then yeah, that would get annoying.

I feel like its the female equivalent of guys calling you “chief”, “pal”, or “bro”

IDK, I find it a little disrespectful when someone much younger than me whom I never met calls me "hun" since I'm not used to hearing it from younger people.

I enjoy spending half the year in Alabama. Courtesy is the norm with the good folks there. Seems being nice to one another is infectious.

The Norovirus makes me angry :puke:.... WHY, just why must this exist?! I just spent 2 days vomiting and, well, you know, and finally after 5 days I have an appetite back!! It also decided to start a half hour after family arrived at my house from out of town, they had to leave and go to another family member's house so that they didn't catch it, and because I prefer to vomit in solitude, and I missed my niece's graduation and graduation party....

    The Norovirus makes me angry!

Why don't some people take down Craigslist or FB marketplace ads when the item is sold? On the other hand some put in the description they will not answer replies asking if it's still available. Gimme a break.

When I attend an 8th grade "promotion" (graduation) and can't tell if I'm looking at strippers or kids... these little girls were practically partially dressed. As a parent, no way I would let that fly with my daughter.

You can always tell which Moms are trying to relive their youth through their daughters. Munchausen By Proxy (also called Princess By Proxy in cases like this) takes on many forms.

    @ColoradoTJ
    re; Jerky boys,
Back in the late 80s, I was in my late teens. My brother was in a fantasy football league that was run by a guy that owned/ran a small recording studio in a rural/suburban area. We would go there every Sun morning, play tag football behind the studio and then watch all the games on like 6 TVs they had set up in the lobby. John Valby was a friend of the studio owner and came out and played with us one of the times I was there. Pretty cool. Anyway, the owner used to travel to NYC all the time and one Sunday he pulled out a cassette tape and gathered us all around and said, you guys gotta listen to this. He said it was a couple college kids that recorded themselves making prank calls. He said they were looking for someone to master it and make copies/CDs to sell. Obviously, there was a lot of legal shit involved and they were having trouble finding someone. Long story longer......we laughed until we cried. A bunch of us asked for a copy and all got one. I listened to that tape for a solid year and about pissed myself every time. Fast-forward a few years and I was living in Houston. Got invited to someone's house to watch a Bills/Oilers game and I look at the guy's CD collection and see a jerky boys CD. WTF?!
Anyway, there was stuff on that original tape that never made it to the CDs. Really funny shit.
And yep, you guessed it,......I'm really pissed that my copy got lost at some point along my travels.

When neighbors trespass on our farm during deer and turkey season and act like it's no big deal. Really ticks me off. Also poachers who spotlight from the road.

A guy I work with told me that he was shot in the ass with a salt gun by railroad security when he was a punk kid. Not sure if they were robbing something or just trespassing and effn around.
Whatever they were doing, he never did it again.
