BTW, Aldi has a pretty great setup, if you actually still leave the house and grocery shop.
Not sure how many regions have Aldi stores.

I had a clear dotted line and a clear path ahead to pass one vehicle. The Mazda left plenty of room for me to get into - until I started passing. When they tried to close the gap, that was when I wedged in.

I have never, and would never pass on a solid line, or with a blind hill or curve. I'm going to Heaven, but I am not chomping at the bit to get in.

Yeah, not trying to point the finger at you. Just pitching in my 2 cents on what makes me angry when driving.

My route to work is primarily a two lane highway and there isn't much at the end of it other than work. All I can say is a lot of my co-workers appear to be a lot more gung ho to get there in the morning than I am.

My wife bitching at me about "overthinking" things because I pointed out the fact that it's not possible to convert between mass and volume without knowing density.

I don't have to spend much time straining to figure things out. The aliens usually send me the answers.
The crappy part is being on this frequency and the loud ringing in my head, between messages.

Is the reason both my charging cables have been having problems because of clean charging? Being aholes because i turned that 'feature' off?

One of my dad's Fatherly Pieces of Advice is "When it comes debating with your wife, you can be right or you can be happy. Choose wisely".

He's coming up on 45 years married, I think he has it figured out.

That doesn’t bother me so much as the inane lies:
Her: “Bill, I want to goto Disney to see Mickey. I never went as a kid”.
    Me: “Ok, we’ll go.”
Her: “Great! I want to get pictures to show my family.”

Two months later we’re in Orlando.
Me:”So you want to go see Mickey first”
Her:”Huh? No, when did I say that? I’m not 5 years old.”
Me shaking my head in disgust.

I just can't deal with being bitched at incessantly regardless of what I do or don't do. I had forgotten about this phase of her post-partum emotional whirlwind.

Our youngest is now 35. This whirlwind you type of may last a long time. It still pops up out of nowhere for no apparent reason. When it does, I give her a kiss on the forehead and head to the shop. That's my storm shelter.

The latest complaint? Our AC is on and the thermostat is set to 72F. Last week, that was "freezing". This week it's "way too flipping hot". :frusty:

    Sling TV pisses me off.
Their whole gimmick is they would show you second hand TV and shows for pennies on the dollar over cable.
    We've had it for years.
My wife handles all accounts, finances, appointments, basically anything that involves paperwork or dates. I don't touch any of that stuff or we'd lose everything. That said, I just found out we're paying close to $90 a month for,.....fkn sling TV?!!
    Yeah, nah.
They set it up into channel "packages", so you have to order an entire package to get one more channel that the other package doesn't have. It's redundant and clearly intentional.
The worst part is we spend an hour looking for something to watch and end up putting it on one of the same 3 channels, the same shit is on that we've already seen and we fall asleep.
I grew up piss poor and throwing money in the garbage every month, pisses me off. Whether we can afford it or not.

In my house, the latter. And there seems to be an almost gender difference in how a thermostat works too. My wife seems to believe the house will reach the desired temperature quicker if the thermostat is set to it's lowest or highest setting. She gets it honestly. Her mother thinks the dehumidifier in the basement works better if the basement door at the top of the steps is left open. So if anyone here has had lower than normal humidity outside, blame her.

When your wife agrees to take our kid and is entourage to Great Wolf Lodge for his birthday after having gotten pink eye the first two times he went there. I say I'm not going because that place grosses me out. I end up going and doing all the baby sitting because I'm not going to let my wife do the heavy lifting.

My wife and the kids stayed over night at the Lodge and I left. Thought I dodged a bullet...nope... been a week with some respitory or sinus infection, pink eye, loss of smell and taste but still test negative for COVID. I'm pissed because we close on our house Wednesday and I can't walk a a few paces without breaking a sweat and having to sit down. I was so looking forward to getting us moved within a day or two.

A young friend's wife was pregnant. One night he woke up because she was beating him with her pillow. When he finally calmed her down enough to ask why, she said it was because he kept running the thermostat up and down. She'd be cold one minute, and sweating the next. It took a phone call to her mother to get her to accept that the hormonal shifts she was going through were causing it, not changes to the thermostat setting. Depending on your wife's age, it could be perimenopause. If it is, may God have mercy on your soul, because she won't for the next few years.
