    As an aside, there are plenty of yield signs @ the end of off-ramps - e.g., some of the off-ramps locally lead right into roundabouts.

    Yep. It blows me away how that Chinese spyware is allowed on government phones. I can't say I'm surprised that private citizens are cool with it on their own phones, moronic as it is to expose oneself to it. But governments?

    That said, I work for a government corporation and the security is a total joke. I guarantee China has better information on our projects than I do.

    Went out to get ready to go to work. Started the truck without paying attention to the lights as I don't have my dome lights come on with the door. Closed the door as I was letting it warm up and I was talking to one of the foremen.
    Click.
    Fuck.
    Key fob does not unlock the truck if the key is in the ignition and running. Now, I am locked out of my truck and my spare key is an hour and a half away.

    Had to have my folk pick up my spare key and bring it up to me. Ordered them a hand held CB as payment since they like driving FSRs but don't have a cb. Got to work 2hrs late.

    I'm glad they got here as fast as they did. I was able to close the fsr down so the cutters could work and only had one log truck that had to wait 10 minutes as I escorted my folks back to the highway.

    Had a cutter show up this morning alone. So, instead of making my weekly trip to town this morning to get food/water/do laundry/pick up mail, I am stuck here doing safety watch in 30* weather without any of my usual supplies because he showed up right as I was closing the road up to leave for town.

    I've got 'em too! Literally tearing up our back yard. I had a friend that poured gas in an open mole hole. Waited a few minutes and then tossed in a lit match. Set the alarm off at the bank across the street...Can't say as I recommend it...
