It's all the labor shortage. Everywhere has gone down hill really bad. If management tells someone to clean that up, they just quit knowing that every other place will hire them tomorrow.

I’ll forever have this scent burned into my nose and brain; I was changing a compressor on a pizza prep table, and I definitely set a dead family of mice on fire accidentally because I didn’t notice their nest under the fan motor bracket.

Some low level plant manager sending me shitty email about how the process works on a Global Helpdesk task and then calling me bitching about it. WTF you think you are and why are you beating me up about it. I don't run the damn helpdesk.

    Some.
Something that pisses me off is having to take time out of my evening to help another person move their POS camp trailer that is in the way of my crew cutting trees. She left the damn thing here for a month after she got another one and moved to another job. POS is totalled from water damage and the inside is filled with garbage and dog shit.

I'm covering for a teammate for a couple days this week while he's on vacation so naturally someone sending him a reminder on something they need 4 weeks from now copies me on it.

    Bad grafitti.

I like good grafitti. I appreciate it, I like when it is artistic and the artis displays real skills. I also like when there is a bit of a story being told in a well done mural.

But bad grafitti, where I wish they spent more time practicing on paper before they went out in the world with markers and cans. That's so obnoxious to see. I noticed this, obviously a kids work, in my local park. Hopefully he grows out of it fast.

Another tell of bad grafitti is where it is done. Ever notice tagging being carved into a toilet seat or a Sloan valve in a public restroom? Why the hell would they pick a spot that gets them no fame, thats just defacing property. This is the equivalent. I might stroll over with some masking tape and a can of paint to go over this shit, only trouble is I have no white paint.

"Joining the club of those with the most inboundmoves were Maine, Delaware, Idaho, Tennessee, Florida, New Mexico, Alabama, Utah, Oklahoma, New Hampshire and Nevada.

On the other end of the scale was New Jersey, which saw almost 53.5 percent more people leaving than coming. California was a close second at nearly 50 percent. West Virginia, Illinois and Maryland also saw at least 40 percent more people saying goodbye than hello."

"Hey, we have a question for another area but the guy who's responsible for that area wasn't available to dial in to the meeting we've had booked since last week because no one thought to invite him until the last minute. Can you support instead since you're online?"
