So i've been trying to decide which lift kit to go with. I know I want a 6" lift but can't decide if I want to go with a RC or Fabtech. I'm open to other manufacturers of lift kits also. Any suggestions?

Is RC not that great? Does BDS have a 6" lift kit? I know they have a 7" and a 4.5" I believe

Not sure but with any 6 inch lift, ride is going to be compromised. Like @aramirez73 said, get the BOSS kit. I have it and love it!

Can get up to 3.5 in front but it stresses things too much so I'd stay at 3"

4" is about max w/o cutting out your cross member. If you wanna cut into the truck, IMO BDS or Zone (same company). Zone has a 5". You can get a taller lift and a smooth ride, anything is possible, just takes money..... lots of it. There aren't too many ways around the reduced turning radius though.

Gents, I'm going to be needing new tires soon and I want to comfortably fit 35s (on 33's now) without getting too high. Problem is that I don't want to go with the typical block lift. I tow and weigh down the back of my truck a few times a month, plus I think I need HD springs up front to compensate for my bumper. Any advice for me? Thanks in advance

    Can fit 35's on a 3/1 lift.

all you'd need is 700+ springs for an aftermarket bumper addition. Check out Toytec. They'll steer you in the right direction!
