I recently changed out my transmission filter and fluid and have noticed that fuel mileage is down. So now I'm wondering if trans is slipping a bit although I can't sense that it is slipping any. BTW I have the 5.7 and stock setup. Thanks for your time.

Not sure I’ve ever gone that slow. Maybe someone with a white Tundra can help.

I'm at work now, I'll take a peek when I drive home this evening unless someone gets to it first . . .

I'm at that speed for most of my drive to/from work, 18 miles. Once the TC locks up in OD I am around 1500-1700. I can look on my way home and give you a definite.

Not sure about 60, because I'm usually at 70. But at 70, on the flat highway, no wind, about 1750-1800 is the usual. Stock 5.7 at 24K.

Thanks for the replies. I'm at about 1600-1700 @ 60 mph so it looks like I'm in the ballpark.

Took the other way home so I wouldn’t be getting my license taken away for going 60. Looks to be about 1600rpm and also I am in need of dusting.
