    Is that a wheel mounted shifter? If so,
    Up and down shift I would say.

    That's on the column shift models, that's how you sequentially shift.

    It's the sequential shift mode for the column shifter on the trucks with the front bench seat rather than the buckets/console.

    ^^ all the above. Usually comes with the bare bone package on Tundras I believe.
