That's one of those arc fault breakers. Pain in the ass. I have the same Siemens breakers. It'll flash a code for AF or GF trip.

"The Dual Function Circuit Breaker combines Class A 5mA GFCI and Combination Type AFCI, protecting against both Arc Faults and Ground Faults. This, along with the new Self-Test feature, makes it the first in class in electrical safety for homeowners."

Replaced a side exterior door last weekend and working through the hallways with new flooring. I paused on the flooring project for a while because of the door and I have horrible tennis elbow so I haven't been motivated to swing a hammer. It does feel good to get some progress no matter how small.

Over the course of this last month I have replaced rotten trim, siding, and a front door. Scraping the whole house and recaulking everything. New paint as well, almost done, just have the trim left to go.

Only the trim left to go. Hoping to finish it up after work during the week.

Check for a gfci outlet. I had the same thing in my kitchen. Had one of my electrician buddies come out and we were getting ready to start tearing shit out. Then he pressed the trip/reset it. Everything came back to life. We just drank beer instead.

Wow that's a lot of iron. It shows how good that IronX works, and how versatile some detailing products can be. I use a lot of my detailing stuff around the house both inside and outside

I have a glass shower that I will wax with cheap carnuba wax. Keeps the water spots away for a long time. Soap scum too doesn't stick

It works quite well. Do your best to remove the existing build up whether it's water spots or soap scum then polish away. I did try to use a wax and dry type one but the effects weren't worth the extra effort.

Learned the trick from a family member who used to clean rooms and a hotel. They would save a lot of time doing this

    They are a backsaver.
My only advice, don’t use a bucket-loader tractor to fill with material.
I was using something similar, and although larger, thought it could handle a bucket load of bark.
Well.....the bark was wet, and I bent the axle pretty bad.
Thinking about it now, I had built some walls for the trailer that made it hold more too. Soo - bad idea, don’t do that either. :D

Went and bought 4 yards of mulch to change out our mulch from pine straw to this. Love the way it pops better and goes with the black door, posts, and gutters on the house. Lot of work and crap weather...but overall went well. Tundra handles it like a champ of course!

Looks great. I like really dark mulch too. Problem i have is that after a couple months it starts to fade out. They sell a spray dye to touch it up but I havent tried it. I rake it and turn it over now and them to keep it looking fresh but need to add or replace every year, maybe 2 if I'm being cheap to keep it looking decent

Thanks man. I am trying to decide what I want to do in terms of color fade. I agree, it kinda grays over so ya gotta turn it or add more. I may just add a bit more since I got the whole trailer load for about $120, so I can prob get the little bit I'm needing for half that. Plus after some rains and winds(it stays kinda windy where I'm at in the open), I may need to add more to keep the coverage full. I may look into the dye though. First time dealing with black mulch over red/brown mulch. We'll see how it goes.

Thank you, ton of work. The market is all fucked up again, nobody cares. Have to price within a realistic value of appraisal, but I will be shocked if it doesn’t go tomorrow at 380k-390k. Don’t care ima get paid, but recession is coming in the next 18 months to correct.
