No shit!?! I have a Troy built I used while pushing my parents place for a few years. You could mow the yard in the rain and the thing still picked up and bagged all the grass. I loved it!!!
But I’ve also noticed the line of gas mowers is growing smaller, and electric is replacing them. I figured there was a reason for that.

That’s good that they did 100% coverage till refusal. Did they tell you what product they are using for the top coat? If you can either save some of the flakes or ask them what color they used in case you need to patch the floor in the future.

They said they would come back and scrape it then top coat. I am much happy with this than the metallic finish even though metallic probably looks better.
I keep telling my self it’s got to be usable.

It’s always rewarding to see my visions coming into fruition. My guys got the over lay installed for a client of mine. To watch the guy make all the paver patterns by hand is really cool to see. 2E272D45-2F7E-46C1-9997-C001F7B0F67E.jpg

They matched the color to the first phase of overlay work we did.

Tomorrow everything will be sealed and the concrete overlay work will be completed. Landscape plants for the courtyard will start on Thursday and then I’ve got some custom made iron panels and gates being done at the very end.

After the stain is applied they go back and grout all the joints between the patterns. This can be done in almost any color. I chose gray to tie into the concrete driveway and the house color tones. E8641D47-1648-4C9B-AF00-0B0712AFD01A.jpg

So they hand stain each individual design?

Yes. Each stone can be done any color you want. So I had them add more color three different times.
