It’s a “institution” we’ve got a bunch of basements on campus, and a tunnel system connecting them all, built in the 50s-60s

It’s a institution of Higher education, I work there. It’s actually kinda fun, simmers suck, the but school year is usually interesting.

I’m definitely not claiming that. We do a lot of plumbing work, but that wasn’t me. They have this paste/cast stuff they love to use instead of just replacing pipe……

Finished replacing all the carpet in my house with laminate flooring. Installing 5 1/4" baseboard next. Today I am helping my son renovate a bathroom in his house built in 1901.

 

Yea there was a lot of it. The bathroom had been remodeled in 96, probably by the homeowner. They did a terrible job. My son bought this house 2 weeks ago. His first home.
