    Nope
    He’s wild
Literally just showed up one day along with a female almost three years ago. Before that, a different male had showed up about 6 years ago, but he got killed by a coyote last September. Now there’s three more females that were born last summer. And another young male and female showed up a few weeks ago (it’s currently mating season).

Thx for the photo and comments. We had a metal reel at our old home but it seems they quit making those, and have been living with hoses on the ground till we found something. I think I’ll have to try one of these…

I wanted a faster vehicle so I also bought a Chevy SS... because 4 door sedans with big V8’s are hilarious.
Glad my little blurb helped. All powder coated aluminum for the mount and spool. All mounting hardware and fasteners are stainless, the water piping is copper and brass or bronze. The included hose to the exterior faucet is very nice as well, and is drinking water safe.

Unfortunately Eley doesn’t give their hoses away looks like about $2/ft so not cheap to replace hoses, but damn the hose is nice.

Forgot to add the wall mount is one of several solutions they offer, and can be configured to spool parallel to the wall (as pictured) or perpendicular to pull directly away from the house. Your choice and you can swap it out either way depending on your needs, no additional parts needed.

slatwall accessories came in so i can hang stuff. goal is to have maybe 7-10 items total actually on the garage floor. everything else is on the wall or in cabinets. got a lot of stuff on the wall already and space for a bit more. very happy with garage progress so far.

Vinyl siding on the garage was looking pretty bad, so I gave it a good wash and then painted it with latex house paint to match our vinyl house siding. This was the second time in about 8 years that I have painted the garage. Although the old paint had faded badly, it never once started to come off. I am amazed at how well paint holds up on vinyl.

If they're anything like my kids, they won't play in the room that has all their toys in it. Instead, we drag everything out to the living room. Best of luck.

I have the flexzilla hoses for air and water and love them. They are a bit loud in the color department, but I would describe them in the same way, in terms of material.

it's upstairs above the garage on their side of the house, so i'm hoping that will deter that. hoping...being the key word there. planning on ordering the TV soon and they can even start having their movie nights up there. that'll give us more time to ourselves to "talk";)

Im a little a stuck here. Our soil in CO likes to settle, which of course causes shifting. It appears it moved this spout up some, so I purchased this extender, but don’t think I may need this (exact) one. I can probably cut it down, but is there a better one that’s more “fitting” for this exact scenario?

Either extend the downspout with a matching piece or extend the drain pipe. Both will look better than the flex extender.

You don't need much so you may even be able to get by with a downspout connector.

If it’s aluminum, you could buy another piece of downspout cut 6 inches and connected to the old one

I agree with everyone on the extender doing the trick but if you do not want to see the new piece and prefer a one piece look I would put a whole new downspout and cut it to size and replace your old one. That is also depending on if a whole new downspout would match and fit in that area

Quietcool StealthPro 6.0 is in. Had them do the RF remote over the hardwired. They said that they have coming next year a kit that tie into thermostats and they also mentioned something to open/close windows automatically and that it would be better to have the RF.

I love all the trees. One thing my area lacks is trees. The city lots in newer neighborhoods generally have no trees, or just small stunted ones.

We love the trees too, we have the most of any lot on our street. The worst part is picking up the leaves every Fall. I think its worth it, but its not fun.

I attempted that a few years ago but there's way too many leaves, and it started killing the grass. I need to just bite the bullet and do a better job in the Fall so its not so overwhelming when spring rolls around.
