So it's a big stick on sheet? that pretty cool. Or do you spray the stuff on and then cover it with the sheet?

It’s made by Dumond, it’s like a white paste you put about a 16th to 1/8 of an inch thick with a roller then you put that sheet over it to slow the drying process, then around 24 hours later you pull it off, a lot of times it comes off with the sheet or with a putty knife,
More than likely there’s lead in this paint and I was figuring a way out to remove it without getting it airborne and this was the recommended way

Check the build link in my signature.
That is really cool. And the natural wood looks amazing. One hell of a project.

The ceiling was a whole other project in itself, we took down some cherry trees in the backyard, had them cut, milled and kiln dried and this is what we came up with for the ceiling, it’s a tongue and groove system with beveled edges, I had a master carpenter help me with this

You might want to paint the A/C vent can with some flat back before you put the grill on. You wont regret it.

Built and installed range hood for the first time yesterday. Had to be built to spec for their current hood. Skinned with 1/4” drywall.

I switched out a few old fans with some Panasonic "remodel" fans recently and had really good luck with them.

I used 1/4” drywall, and let it soak for about an hour. It eventually sags enough to be pressed into it’s shape.

Oh I haven’t heard that method before. I know you can score the back paper at like 1” increments and then float some mud to smooth out the front once it’s laid.

    looks great though. Nice job

I guess it might qualify as a home improvement so here goes. I cleaned ALL my tile grout today using Clorox Gel Toilet Bowl cleaner and my new McCullough steamer. The job was actually manageable for the first time ever. Don't get me wrong it's still a PITA but not as bad as before.

Thanks…. The RX is nice!!!! The gas meter actually isn’t in the way. I back the trailer up to the fence and then wheel the trailer in by hand from there.

Just leave the seat up. I can’t quite grasp why leaving the seat up isn’t acceptable. Just put the seat in the position you need it. Why do I have to pre-position the seat for the next potential user? A mystery. Of course I don’t leave the seat up in my house, lest the hounds gain additional watering sources.
