5100s all around, 295-70-18 Defenders, 1.25 Spidertrax spacers, BD reverse lights, de-badged, interior LEDs, footwell LEDs, reverse LEDs, ARE cap, front receiver hitch for cooler holder, cooler holder/rod rack, backup camera, Kenwood HU, Westin nerf bars, Husky floor liners, folding rear seats, remote battery posts, plastidip grill chrome, Powder coat bumpers.
It's a hard compromise. If the under side is visible, it's unsightly. Too closed in and you have an incubator for mold, rot and mosquitoes. Add to that, I've been told that too exposed will allow high winds to build pressure underneath and pop the deck boards off. Lattice is probably the best way to go, @Racingjohndeere55 but I don't like the way it looks and have never seen any that's durable. You're renderings look good, finished pics please.

Run those downspouts all the way out to the street for sure. Easy enough to do now. And great call on getting rid of the corrugated pipe. That stuff is garbage.

It isn’t just that. It gets soft around the pop ups in your yard because water is always there.

I used this on my porch ceiling. Two coats spar varnish, tongue and groove. And it was the least expensive.

The hole 45 angle idea is not working out. I should have put the post on last some other way. O well straight it is.

Ok so is their anything negative about how I am doing this deck board pattern ? The main reason why I ended up doing it this way their is not much waste at all.

Looks ok to me except where it meets the house. Can't really tell from the picture but is there any waterproofing there?

Other then siding no should I do something more ? It's hard to see in pic but the siding actually goes further down below the decking

    Should be ok then.

We had to replace a good section of sill along the back of my parents house due to a poorly flashed deck. Just wanted to make sure you weren't heading in the same direction.

Nope. If you need to cut for length, wait til your done and do the whole thing at once. More uniform ends. Carry on the good work!
