I wish I had something inbetween - a sloped roof that isn't so sloped.

Had some spare time, so I got the tile cut for all my flush mount vents.

They got a little bit of stone work done today as well as the equipment laid out. I may end up swimming in January no matter how cold. Maybe just a quick dip then hop in the hot tub to warm back up. Not like LA are typically that cold anyway.

Sort of along the lines of this thread, but I put a coating on all our appliances and countertops for easy cleaning going forward. Coating is meant for cars lol....

Lol been too busy but finally got around to it. I've been talking with a couple guys who sell it as a service out West and it's apparently catching on huge with new builds. Apparently really makes a difference...guess we will see.

Well, getting the other part of tile in confirmed that we're happy with our choices of color. Everything seems to flow well. It's on, so its too late anyway lol

Installed the camera system last night. These little guys are pretty cool. One went on the porch, another went over the Celica's parking spot. Camera 3 doesn't want to connect, so after work I'll see if the battery was just low or if I need to return that one.

Finally put up the rigid insulation in the master bedroom addition’s crawl space that I’ve been avoiding for the past 10months or so. Hoping it helps keep the bedroom a little warmer in these winter months.

also found myself a new weapon! Haha

I helped my brother do the rim joists in his garage yesterday with foam board and spray foam. That job sucks a big one.

I personally would build it how you have it in the first pic, and then claim Sanctuary Status over Complete Ugliness. Insane world we live in.

Forward looking camera, Stub Antenna, 3M clearshield. A few other non lifted items.
Continuation from 7896. Well, it been a long few weeks of delays. Heavy rains played havoc with outside landscaping and yielding draining issues of several other lots. Additional French drains added to direct flows. Seems to have helped a lot. Anyways, we were able to get keys on the 22nd, which was good as the postponed movers were loading up the heavy and bulky household items. There are a few pickups but glad to be able to commence the move. Attached are few outside photos and one of the kitchen. Merry Christmas!
