The company I work for is the setting material vendor there, but all biases aside, they really do tend to make things right when things go awry. Their customer service is very good!

Caliber is the size, so they should all be the same size but I’d open a box from each pallet and spread them out on the floor together to make sure the shade and tone matches up. I’ve seen some crazy differences in my time

They mentioned they needed to be the same caliber which makes sense if thats the size. Maybe they meant the shade?

I am digging the tile. I just renovated two baths. I only did a shower and tub surround with tile. I was beat after moving all that so that many square feet you're getting a for real work out.

Good thing that’s super easy to read....

If I had to wager a guess I’d say the shade is Q and Caliber is D02

I see on the bottom left there are 3 different calibers (sizes), so I guess that would need to match between all 171 boxes. They all appear to be "Z" 5.92" x 24" except the photo of the one I attached which I picked up as an extra which isn't right.

In my experience, it's not the shade, but the lot number. The same shade from a different lot could be different enough to notice. But I don't see a lot number on that box:notsure:

The kids were a big help in moving the first 3 pallets.

Depending on the tile manufacturer, what they call the lot number can be all those numbers combined (caliber, shade, and even sometimes date too)

Ahhhh yes, good point I didn’t see that little legend down there at the bottom. Would be nice if their codes matched the headers on the boxes so you could decipher them properly :bananadead:

Nothing like industry standards. With metals, some have heat numbers, some lot numbers, some both.

I've been shoveling it up. The root system is pretty damn dense it goes down fairly deep, I'm surprised by that. It'll go down at east 6 inches in some spots. And today I did a little more digging it up along my walkway and found that the stuff is going underneath the concrete to. I had to get pliers to pull some of the roots out to find that there some that are up to 10" long. It's nuts. But my tiller was delivered today, so I'll get more done in the next few days.

    Holy hell. That's wild.
You should use a sod cutter, then use the tiller....rake up the roots, and spread in some new good soil and then put sod down.

Yeah it's gonna be a long road on this one. Gonna make a soil sifter to sift out the big stuff and another one to sift out the smaller bits of roots and debris. Found a nail and some glass today. Then once that's down, get a couple bags of soil and mix it in with what's there, then seed it. I want to catch anything that shouldn't be growing rather than cover it with some sod. I also have a good size spot in the yard that's about 4-6 inches higher than the rest. It's a mess really.

I had to get this 5’x10’ metal horse picture mounted up on this wall. I marked off my corners to show my clients for approval before drilling any holes. 23DED9FB-A596-4374-B8AD-01CDE1F76A40.jpg
It turned out nice and my clients are very happy. You get a very nice view of the open arena I built from the lounge area.
