Got some things buttoned up in the little man's bathroom this afternoon. It's all done minus the tub surround.

Would’ve had all 200 spread yesterday but I was chased out by yellow jackets after scraping a load of dirt next to their nest up top of the hill. I was doing 20mph in no time down to the house and they followed me 90% of the way lol. Finished up today.
Still need another 200 yards to bring it up where I’d like it. Thankfully these last loads were free. Hopefully I can score more :)

If there was one species I could remove from the face of the earth, it would be wasps/yellow jackets etc. They serve no purpose but making me spend money buying spray to kill them.

I couldn't agree more. The ones around my place are picky sons of bitches too! I put out the killer in the tubes that hang, I killed one over 2 weeks.
I've already sprayed 9 nests in the eves of my house (the spray works and can shoot 22ft). I have 2 more to do I forgot about last night.
Our mouser cat killed a mole and left a few body parts in the grass yesterday - I just so happened to run over it with the mower while 20 of the Fing Yellow Jackets were feeding on it LOL.
My daughter was stung in the finger yesterday in the pool by one too while we were cleaning it out.
They're on my shit-list this year that's for sure! I purchased 4 X 2-packs of the spray foam killer and have one can left. I thought I killed all the nests a few weeks ago but they keep popping up in random places.

If anyone has Intex pools, be aware of them nesting inside where the poles hold the top up.
This guy is a little overboard but shows where they nest.

    X2 on this for me.

The month I moved to Texas I stepped on one barefoot.
    I wouldn't recommend it...

This. I have a pest company coming in about an hour to handle a European Hornet nest I found yesterday. They have made a nest in the soffit above the front porch. Tried to handle it myself last night but they would not stop coming out even in complete darkness. Said fuck it, I'm paying someone.

Did manage to get me a few of them...

I have only seen a couple of them at our new place. It gets chilly at night up here, so if they don’t have a nest already built, might not work out for them. ???

This afternoon I decided to do something in addition to drinking beer, so it was tire rack day.

We will have 8 tires at all times in our garage, so I have to get them up and out of the way.

Squared up some angle iron...pulled out the welder.

Hung the rack up for fit test.

Plenty of overhead room to pull engines out when needed.

Hmm. My vote is on flies and mosquitoes. Bees go after you if you mess with them. Flies/Mosquitoes don't care.

You must have a lot of flies and mosquitoes around. Lucky for us, we don’t have many at all.
