    Holy Crap!

Is this your house or just a house?

I recently got done putting a sound system in this one and the Barn is even nicer than the arena somehow!

The Windows all open too.....of course.

    Flux capacitor!
I’m building a private equestrian facility for some clients of mine. The photos are of the barn but I have a covered arena and a few other structures on the property.

That’s an impressive enclosed arena! Very nice attention to detail! The amount of steps to have that wood ceiling on a pre engineered metal building is no small task. Very nice indeed!

Same here this is a Private Facility too on its own compound a few miles from the house.
The Horses are all still in Florida as the normal window to get them back here closed for "The Rona!"
The Client has not seen the property finished yet.

That wood is 2" T&G White Pine evidently 22 miles of it I was told! Notice the boards too around the base and the crazy trapezoid doors all counterbalanced.
I just did the Audio and not any of the other Automation but the Windows and entire property are Automated and clearly oversized too.
The Client wanted to be able to "Rock Out" but also use it with clarity at a whisper at low volumes which is tricky but I used 44 speakers just in the arena to provide seamless coverage,it gets a little loud if you want it too!

This is the 2nd craziest Barn project I have done and the crazier one has as huge an arena but not as finely detailed but with a full basement too with 20' ceilings and Semi Drive Thru for the Transports.
That one also has an island that was built into the lake that was built and a 12,000 sq ft 1 bedroom house.
There is also direct access from the property to a huge state park with trails and courses all throughout.

    Like I said,Horse People!
But clearly you already know this.

We recently finished tearing out a non-functioning chimney :puke: That was the hardest project to date... Well, at least top 3... Been in process/back of mind for a couple years now, figured it was time to finish...

Wife wanted more cabinet space... Well here you go!!

We were able to fit 2 - 18" and 1 - 24" pre-built cabinets in this spot, with a couple inches of extra room!!

Also added 3 - 24" to the right of this on the north wall... I don't want to hear about lack of cabinet space ever again... I'll add the hung cabinets images in the next day or so...

Next project is to come up with something functional and pretty to cover up the face of this in the other room (formal dining). Anyone have any creative ideas??

Still working on my floors. The wife decided to add another room :( Probably the better choice since I can roll right into it as I go but I'm getting burned out on this floor thing. She wants me to paint those cabinets white next.

Well, not a huge job, but put some new trim (casing and baseboards) in a couple of bedrooms in the house. Doing house projects to keep me sane right now.

And here I thought my makeshift milk crate shelves were nifty. Yall building equestrian centers nicer than my house. God damnit.

3/4 yard of quarter minus and some retaining wall blocks. Back-filling and leveling our fire-pit sitting area. I live on a hill so it took 20-25 wheelbarrow trips to empty the truck. As of now, it thankfully looks like I won't need to go back for another truck full.MVIMG_20200509_121348.jpg

well that depends on what it looks like and what you want it to look like. Are you wanting to keep the fireplace for aesthetic purposes or wanting take it out and put a built in Buffett cabinet for more storage and design?

Looks great man. If you ever need a good hose look into the zero-G hoses. They are light weight, roll up easy, and are power washer safe. Get the 5/8". You won't be abl a to go back to a rubber or expandable hose again.

Just added a pic of the fireplace front. I wouldn't mind somehow incorporating it into a built in of some sort... But my design characteristics aren't the best

The wife has a sketch of a built in that has shelving and cabinets on the bottom... I've never built cabinets so not sure how well I can pull that off... Have done tons of research though...

They were cheap but effective. Hardware store corner braces and some nuts and bolts with some paracord I had leftover.

Definitely need something better. That 100 foot contractor hose is garbage.

They do make a 3/4" for more flow, maybe with a gas power washer you'd want that but my 5/8" keeps up with my electric washer

Got a new garage door opener installed. The old one had been on it's way out for a while and lately it would only go up a few inches then stop and I'd have to detach the door from the trolley and open it by hand.

    Openning this 12' X 12' door manually was getting old in a hurry.IMG_20200515_185303.jpg IMG_20200515_185440.jpg IMG_20200515_185416.jpg
