It will slide along the deck rails. Mine also uses the deck rails for the cover so its a little crowded. Got the bed divider from dealer, also available thru most of the Toyota part suppliers online as well. It sells under part #PT76734200. Its originally made for the 2nd Gen Tundras thru MY2021, BUT it does fit like a glove with the deck rails

Windows tinted today. 5% all the way around. 70% windshield all ceramic. Looks awesome. Next up will be a level or westcott 3/1 with 35s. Can’t decide on method 316s or fuel rebels for the wheel.

@Tundra-G do you think the kit you mentioned has enough paint to do the entire grill surround? Or was it just enough to do the parts you painted?

I've had a camera mounted in my vehicle for at least 10 years now. Personally, I put mine more behind the mirror so it's out of sight. I use mine for self-protection....or just to capture cool crap that happens in front of me. The most common reason for a dashcam is to prevent "he said, she said" at the scene of an accident. As a retired police officer, I can tell you that it is often impossible to tell who is at fault when you arrive to an accident in the middle of an intersection (or even worse when they have pulled out of the roadway). It could go either way depending on who had a green light, which of course both drivers say they did.

Though not common, there is a road rage "technique" where a driver backs into the car behind them at the light and then claims they were rear ended. At face value and without witnesses, good luck proving your innocence. Obviously, being one, I am not anti-law enforcement, but they too are capable of making a mistake or bad judgement call on occasion that a camera would help you with.

Another capability of almost all cameras now is the ability to turn on if the sensors sense impact, such as a hit and run in a parking lot. In the end, the protection the $100 investment can provide is well worth it.

    thats interesting

I would have to have my install cleaner than that(no offense to the owner ). But I don’t want things just stuck here or there . Has to be a way of tucking that in

I bought a Rexing dashcam for my Tundra and plan to put it right behind the mirror. From the driver's seat, you can make it just about out of view, definitely unobtrusive. You can wire it straight to the fuse box or to a plug; they are literally plug and play. They turn on when you start the vehicle and turn off when you shut the vehicle off. They loop record, so unless you need a file, you will never have to mess with it after install. I recommend to everyone I know that they get one.

I think it will be enough to do the whole surround. However, that would mean you know how to do it well, and don’t waste any.
