Agreed. Had mine installed for close to a year now and works great. I’ve forgotten all about that auto off feature of the truck. Just wish we could eliminate the dash icon.

    What’s wrong with stock?
Finally used the new bed mat. Stopped smelling after two weeks covered with a tonneau cover.

gotta wait for it to cure before I take some outside pics. Full paint correction and Ceramic coated the old girl. Also did the rims. Glad it’s done haha. Once a year touch up to keep it looking mint is all that will be needed.

made a bed divider. Added some e trac and some tie down. Cut a 2x4 so I can make a true divider if needed. Got some bed liner coming to paint it up and make it look half decent.

Let me ask the wife. Amazon I’m sure. Motion activated or can manually turn it on. Fits nice and snug in that opening. Still trying to decided how I’m gunna mount it long term. It comes with magnets but I need to come up with a way to mount it to the end of the retrax cover. Thinking about jb welding the magnets haha.

What kind of "tools" do you keep in there? :D:infantry:
Is the diff. vent relocation for keeping mud off of it or water crossings or? Now you have it tucked up behind the tail light?

Hunting truck so... Once the camper shell goes on it disappears. It's really nice when I'm traveling to hunt.
The diff vent relocation is for water crossings. Living in New Orleans I do more high water driving on road than off road. I've done this on my last 3 trucks. The Gen 3 was much harder than the Gen 2.5. I need to relocate the vent on my wife's 4 Runner.
