I put a layer of sound deadener on the bottom of the sliding console tray to make it feel less cheap.

we all use our trucks in different ways.

I do a lot of back country hunting, getting to these areas will require as much ground clearance as possible.

Sounds similar to the stock TRD pro exhaust, I really didn’t notice a change in sound tbh.

To me no change at all in sound. I haven’t really got on it yet, but start up and normal driving sounds like it did before. No obvious drone at all

just added a canopy yesterday. Anyone have suggestions on brake light wiring? Apparently using the taillight is not an option because the turn signal will make the 3rd brake light flash.

Look into tapping in your trailer wiring. There's separate wires for brake and turns.

    Tinted the fronts.

First time try. Driver side has a spot I’m not happy with, but passenger side is good. I will try again.

I recently replaced my stock limited exhaust with the NYTop dump tip and can confirm zero drone or resonance at freeways speeds. No real sound difference on startup either.

GG Offroad has a camera relocation kit and also a separate brake light / inside cap light wire.

There's also a T connector that E-Trailer has that will let you install a 4 prong off of the 7 prong taillight connector. Then you could just run your brake and ground up.

Picked up a Sealskin brand cover for the Tundra. Even though it stays in garage, it gets covered with dust & pollen especially this time of year. I always have shop doors open when I'm out working. Hopefully this will help a little.20250527_114710.jpg 20250527_114733.jpg

Is it lined with anything? Or single-layer nylon?

Its lined on inside, & pretty soft. Not high end, but I just wanted to keep dust off. It is waterproof however.

Dust is an issue where I travel... Added some Rok Block to cover up the tailgate gap.

    PXL_20250527_195316780.jpg

And added some seals along the vertical tailgate sections. I was concerned it would hinder the auto tailgate but no issues...

Have you used the Rok Block before? Does it hold up? I've got a camper shell on the way and weatherstripping the tailgate is something I learned to do a few trucks back. In the past I have just used the same gap filler for the sides and gap.

Who does the rok block hold up in the winter? I have a bed rug that I had to cut as it would freeze up when folded.

I've never tried it before. I did have some weather stripping previously. This looked like maybe a better option... Time, and dust, will tell. I'll be up in North Maine Woods in July.

Body shop finally ordered parts, other than light bars. Still on track for mid June completion. My insurance is being difficult with the light bars for some reason

Same here only swap Maine for Minnesota.
I've only had the RokBlok in for a couple months, so no freezing temps for me either.

I notice that I do get water sitting in there after a car wash.
Might have to seal the gate to bed cover gap a little better to minimize that.

Why would my distance to empty with a full tank be lower than it used to be? It used to be at 410ish and now it's like 370.

Do you have any side picture of the mud flap?
Just ordered a set and hoping it will fit with the 37s I have.

Frank, was that meant for one of the guys I quoted?
(I don't have anything special for mud flaps...yet.)

    *edit*
Yeah...now I get it. RokBlock...we were talking about the rubber strip that goes between the bed and tailgate and blocks the gap.

The mud flaps are called Rok Blokz.
And I AM getting a set of those now that I have 35's and some poke.
