I'll confirm it's a pretty quick install. I didn't time myself, but I did struggle with getting the cable to drop down the dash. I underestimated how dark my garage was, and apparently I have a big fat head. I couldn't get my head in there for a good look from the top. When I did my old eyes were so close they couldn't focus. Definitely a worthy mod.

Yeah, will spread out the cost!!! Had my wife Grand cherokee windshield done couple years ago made an easy decision to always get ceramic tint. Her windshield held back that heat by alot which her doors l, you could feel that heat .

Topped off my coolant levels yesterday because it looked low after the engine swap.

Doesn't look topped off right now. Weird

Installed the @Talon2006 engine skid plate. Took me about an hour. Instructions could use improvement but otherwise I think it’s good to go. Lines up well with my Miller Cat shield.

Out with the "Paw-Paw steps" as my daughter calls them and in with the much better-looking (if albeit less functional) Predator drop steps.

The rail-to-body gap is wide enough in the rear to almost stick your finger in between, but it is within 1/4" on the front. There is no adjustability. Can anyone confirm theirs is the same?

Finally got this “premium” sound bumping. This solution plus the beatsonic amplifier add on totally transformed how the truck sounds. Highly recommend as a cheaper alternative to replacing the entire system.

1.5 boxes of secondskin 2mm sound deadening
4 hush mat speaker pads for the doors
Foam sticky tape (retaped the door panels in addition to the factory)
Foam behind stock subwoofer and foam tape around the plastic panel where it meets the outside rim of the subwoofer.

Got the ppf and ceramic coating checked up on and cleaned. Also got the paint matched fog lamp bezel installed / ppf’d and ceramic coated. Love the look now. Next up, trd pro grille with marker lights and light bar! 76412625566__0F049FEA-65C9-498D-8DCF-0F840E78B390.jpg

I added ditch lights (amber dashes on each side) to my new bumper and needed a switch. I got an OEM style switch off Yota Verse but it was a little bit of a hassle to use the lower left square that was blank on my dash. The others were very easy before. I explain it on my build page if anyone plans to use that blank location as it’s different than the rest

Waiting for the shop to schedule my PPF maintenance, they are doing 20 ceramic on the roof then. I am going to have them do the windshield in 70 as well. A lot of truck mods in the works, just waiting for parts to be fabbed up.

Mine are the same. The gap slowly shrinks from rear to front on both sides. It drives me nuts trying to clean in there towards the front.

It was kind of a hassle since the blank they put in that end spot is different than the blanks I had in the lower row. Those lower row blanks to the right were very easy and the new square switches dropped right in. Because the left blank is bigger I had to cut the end off and slide the switch inside the chopped blank. It worked pretty well, but still a hassle.

OK, thank you sir for confirming. I loosened the bolts to see if there was any wiggle room and there is only maybe 1/8" in either direction - the bolts are pretty close to the same size as the holes so there isn't much there to shift the rails around.

How is it doing? Do you think the way the guy in the video and the way you did it are better than flipping it the other way like he says you can do?
