You guys have pictures? Have you towed yet? Curious to see if it messes with any of the tow systems.

no pictures. Haven’t towed with it. But it’s exactly like the photos in the website. The $170 one comes with a 7 pins connector that you “piggyback” to the oem trailer connector. Shouldn’t mess with the system

I bought my '23 Tundra used and the recall showed up in the app right away. Dealer provided the second fob no problem... only catch is it does not include the shank! Apparently, the original buyer should have had two shanks one one fob, so the recall only provides the second fob. New (second) shank costs around $60.

Check in your owners manual sleave. The dealership put mine in there since I only got one key fob when I bought my Tundra last year. Found it when I got my second key and programmed last week. Was wondering why I didn't get the actual key with the fob. And dug through the glove box. And it was in the owners manual book.

Swapped out my Retrax retractable bed cover for a Rough Country tri-fold unit. Retractable was very nice but it was taking up much needed bed space. This should do the trick until I shell out for a topper.

Just put Bilstein 5100s on the front to level her out. Went with the 4th setting which is 1.8” of lift. Rear is stock. Here’s some before and after pics. Looks pretty level.

Looks good. I plan on doing the bilstein 5100s as well, had them on my tacoma for several years and they were everything I needed them to be. How is the ride after? Any plan on lifting the rear for some additional rake?

I had @boatzNhoez do the install. The compressor sound isn't that loud. Plus it is just me and a dog so not a big deal.

Ride is good. Feels pretty much like stock. I can tell the front is now firmer than the back, but only when going over a speed bump. Going to keep it this way for a while, but you never know. Might do something in the rear at some point.

Are you currently running the Dobinsons IMS? If so, how do you like it?

I installed my Bulletpoint mounting system the other day and I love it.

So far it's front windows tinted, Rokblokz mud guards and the Bulletpoint. That's 3 mods in 6 months. At this rate I should start a build thread!

Added the OEM TRD Pro Hood [Fake] Vents. First time placing them I kind of F'ed up a bit and had to reposition...bit trickier then one might think. Used the adhesive only, no drilling. I guess my comment for others would be just be a bit patient. I was however able to lift them off with some force and reposition. That adhesive is tacky! Hopefully they stay on. Cold up here so I heated the hood up a bit with a heat gun, then the vents before placing. Then added an 8lb weight :militarypress:in certain spots to apply some pressure for about an hour. Here is hoping they do not come off ripping down the highway :)!

I love the look of these things, even if they provide no real benefit other than aesthetics.

PXL_20250126_205232968.jpg Decided it was time to finally wire up the grille light bar and get it working since it was too cold to mess with the day I did the TRD Pro grille swap.

After about an hour of messing with that 10-mile long relay harness with its God-forsaken super stiff wire and trying to find a path to hide the switch leg into the cab, I cut off about 2' of the end with the light bar plug and threw the rest of that crap away. Quick trip to AutoZone for a wireless relay box, and now I have the light bar working with a Homelink mirror button. Easier, faster, and simpler. Done.

Last weekend, I installed the Westcott collar lift paired with the longer TRD shocks and mounted a new set of wheels and tires on the truck. I went with 17" Fifteen52 Range HD wheels in Magnesium Grey (zero offset), wrapped in 315/70/17 BFG KO3 tires.

I debated a lot on tire size. My 2022 had 37" KM3s, and while I loved the look of the larger tires, they were honestly pretty impractical for my daily use (no disrespect to the 37" crowd!). I’m excited to see how the KO3s perform. Even just driving around so far, the truck feels way more balanced and responsive with the "smaller" tires.

I also added Rockblokz mudflaps and the Westcott tire clearance kit to complete the setup. Looking forward to putting it all to the test!

PS - My son is finally old enough to actually help me with the installation. That was a special moment! He was more useful than my wife when reinstalling the LCA spindle bolts!

Looks great! I just got the a new PRO grill and will be doing the same.

On my 2022, I had the twin air compressor installed on under the right passenger seat (I made my own bracket) and installed an air tank too. It was great! However, I don't know that I want to put it under the seat again. How was the install using the SQHD kit? Would you buy it again?
