they’re all overlays from china thru Amazon. 3M double sided tape surprisingly well covered underneath. everything seems good so far, time will tell tho right—like anything. here’s the link:

    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BZMMVJ8B?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

they make them for the vents, steering wheel frame, gear shift panel, shifter, cup holder trim, and gear box panel frame (mini mustache)

    looks slick, i recommend.

Thanks for the follow up. I’ve been wanting to buy them but was hesitant. Now that I've seen your install and confirmation, I’m making the vent purchase since I did the Trd Pro Garnish Trim swap as well.

I've installed a pillar light brackets on my 4runner and previous tundra and this set for my new tundra was the biggest PIA out of all of them. Figured I could knock it out after work and here it is 3 hours later and I barely finished. The old style mounted to the hood brackets on the hood side, granted the ones on my 4runner bounce like crazy and the ones on my old Tundra were better but still bounced. This gen they decided to have these mount where the hood bracket meets the body and it was extremely difficult for me to fit my hands back there, let alone a tool. Driver side took me maybe 40 minutes. Passenger side took 2 hours. I had to dig through my tools to find a special 45 adapter that I could use to spin the socket from outside the pocket because even my 1/4" ratchet was too big to fit in there. I'll post pics tomorrow morning of them installed. It's too dark to take them now. Anyone else run into the same issues as me? Was I just dumb and doing something wrong?

Take a look at my build thread. I did the color matched overlays myself, using the ones from Amazon. It's not that bad. Key is to use a high quality clear coat on them (2K clear coat). I'm no paint guy myself, and couldn't see spending all that money at Sparks, just to replace the entire handle.

Picked up the puppers in the Tundra. They’ll be cruising in the backseat of the Tundy. Just need to find a rear seat protector.

I just purchased this one on Amazon and it’s pretty nice. Quality seems great for the price and fit perfectly. What I like about this one is it has the side pieces that zip up to protect the door panels.

I did the exact same with mine. I love the SX blackout package, but who wants to advertise the entry level SR5 package, right?

I've had the overlays and they work just fine. It depends on how they did the emblems. If they didn't strip the chrome off before painting black, then expect the paint to flake off at some point. On the other hand, if these are molded in black, then the gaps in the letters look way better vs. the overlays which fill in the spaces. Guess is depends on what you want. Looks... durability, etc.

Finally got the Retrax HD aluminum tonneau cover, Yakima overhaul HD with 78" bars, Yakima medium offgrid basket with extention, Yakima side bars and the Maxtrax recovery boards. Got the Rotopax water and fuel for the other side but they didn't have the T-slot brackets in stock so those have to wait. Next up, the TRD lift kit and either 35's or 37's. Still up in the air on a BMC. What do you think so far?

Your videos have helped me quite a bit! First Tundra specific channel I subscribed to when I bought my truck a couple of months ago, and the one I go back to the most! I'll be doing the RC Front Winch mount and following your winch install video with the switch. Going with the RC Winch, as the Zeake isn't available anywhere.
