Matching tint on front windows, color matched wrap on mustache and rear bumper panels, satin black wrap on door/tailgate handles and window trim. PPF on bumper, hood, mirrors. Also installed running boards and dropped in the tailgate lettering.

Found the wrap from someone on here or another forum - glass lunar rock from APA films. Bought two yards and found a shop that would install it. Pretty exact match to my eye but have heard others say it appears lighter.

Installed Billiebars bed racks and mounted RoughCountry tent. I am really impressed with Rough County, they undercut everyone.

Im also waiting to install their Tri-fold tonneau cover soon.

Did you have to remove the tailgate handle to wrap it? I never wrapped anything before and thought it would be hard to wrap the handle since the shape is weird. Was thinking about plastidip instead.

I actually had a shop do it. I’m lucky I got the screen protector on without messing that up, much less doing any wrapping. I’m not certain if they removed or not. Plasti-dip may not be a bad idea as they did mention the vinyl might have issues around the TOYOTA lettering over time.

I did the body color door handle swap along with the gloss black tailgate swap. Not that tough to do, took my time and in less than 3 hrs time on my Limited.

Curious on the how you think the tonneau cover will work with the bed rails/tent setup? Are you planning on swapping between the two setups or doing some type of modifications to the cover?

I am mainly using the truck as a recreational vehicle. Most of the time opening the tailgate is what I need for storage. I do like it to be securely covered though.

In case I need to get the cover open, which will be seldom for me, it takes a few minutes to get the Billie bars off. Even taking the tent on and off does not take more than 15 minutes. I did the filull install myself alone in under 45 minutes.

So it would be seasonal. I have a few camping trips planned, so the tent is on. After my trips I will get the tent off until camping season comes along.

Again, very easy to put on and off.

Get yourself a bed slide and you would need to open it even less. I love mine!

So are you planning on cutting the tonneau cover top to allow the bars to still mount to the OE bed rails? The RC Cover is similar to the OEM cover in that it uses an additional rail on the bed cap that allows the cover to “snap” into. I don’t see how you can mount the cover and the tent rails at the same time…even if you plan on never opening it. That’s got my curiosity piqued. Pics once installed.

To date, I’ve only seen soft, roll up style covers used with tent rails like that. Haven’t seen a hard cover used with tent rails yet.

I have the Bed Slide 1500CG. It pulls out and holds 1500 lbs extended (they say, doubt I'll test that). It comes with rails that go around the edges, but I don't care for them and didn't install. The two mini bins in the back are additional options, great for keeping stuff out of the way.

I have only used the Bed Slide product a few weeks on this truck, but like it so far. I had a Cargo Glide in my last 2 trucks. That is a nice product as well, but I'm liking the Bed Slide a little more thus far.

What do I use it for? Everything. When you can pull the bed to you, you will. I don't even load groceries without pulling it at least to the tailgate edge, lol. As a matter of fact, groceries are what turned me onto the product to begin with. About 20 years ago, I got my first truck and put groceries in the back the first week. When I got home they were everywhere and I said - there must be a better way. I haven't been without a slide since! I'm short and can reach the back of the slide from standing at the tailgate.

The biggest downside to the any type of slide is losing 4 inches or so of height under the tonneau cover. I find coolers and such will fit, but not gas cans and things of that size.

I bought mine from real trucks.com because they gave me the best price. I installed myself, it's only 4 riv nuts. I don't want to go into the weeds with this post, so message me if you go that route. Maybe I can keep you from drilling extra holes like I did :censored::frusty:

The last picture is the cargo glide in a Titan.

Billiebar website has a lot of info stating that these work with almost all covers including the hard trifold ones. RC is not mentioned, but I guess I will have wait and see when is arrives.

Drove to portland last night to pick up an oem tonneau 6.5 bed. Gladstone Toyota had a crazy sale.. picked it up for $849 no tax. Was driving down to Oregon anyways to visit a family member who is having surgery. Killed 2 birds with one stone kind of trip. Installed it this morning. Took about 2 hours.
