    Boy, that's no lie.

I was being passed by everything. Got in behind a big diesel motor home on the way back and just stuck there, which was a bit less embarrassing.

Not going to make it a habit though. I just wanted to see what it would do if I was disciplined.

Currently averaging 12.5mpg with 90% city driving. I'm going to be moving from CA to CO totaling 1,170 miles and will hopefully get around 14-15mpg. I'll be loaded down and going 80mph for some parts of UT and CO where the speed limit allows. Will post up what the reading says after I reset it and make the trek.

I gave mine some boring old maintenance. Oil and filter change, greased the u-joints, checked and adjusted tire pressures, and changed spark plugs. I also changed the oil in both diffs and the transfer case a few weeks back.

grinded my front sway bar ala @boardude to gain more clearance between sway bar and bottom of coil overs so now instead of square it's round. Just need some paint to touch up. I will need to grease the sway links bushings too.

Picked up this underseat storage box from CL this past weekend. Stuck it in there last night.

Not sure if I like it. I tend to put my stuff in small duffels/tool bags and throw them under the seat so it seems that I actually lost a lot of space with the box in there. We'll see how it goes but I have a feeling it'll end up on CL again.

Built a shelf for my console so that I could put stuff in the bottom that I rarely use but want to carry in my truck and have the stuff I use more often up top. Shelf is made from a cutting board. It was a bit hard to find one big enough, but walmart ended up carrying one. Used some spray on contact cement to attach the felt. Put in a string to lift shelf.

Might as well whore this on this thread too.

Drove 550 miles round trip to NM today to pick up a set of TRD PRO wheels from another member here. Also have a set of SpiderTrax coming from another member.

Next on the list is vinyl wrap bumpers and grill and level it up with some new shocks.

That happens when you spend the afternoon drinking. The camera's upright, you're upright, but the rest of the world's sideways.

Some new wipers and changed the Differential oil.

Newly acquired with 130K miles, figured the Diff had not been done. To my surprise the oil removed was very fresh looking, still golden in color. Really nice knowing previous owner seemed to have taken good care of her. Had bought some Mobil 1 for it, know there is good stuff in there now.

Got some LED's for the interior, to change soon.
