What have you done to your 2nd gen Tundra today?

Starred at my parts wanting to put em on......

 

Wired up the halos finally. Added some switches as well for the Halos and DRL's. Also added a USB switch to turn on/off my new USB port. Also wired up my led cup holder lights as well. I'll take some better pics at night.

 

Very nice. I like the Oracles. Need a night pick fo sho.

 

Better night shot..... Matches the stock color guages great.

 

They are bright.... Camera from afar blurs them out.

 

Yeah it's almost impossible to take a good night pick. Right at dusk would be a good time.

Yes it's functional I don't have the air cleaner lid for it not sure if I will don't want a CEL to come on lol
But yes it's RK sports. It is a nice piece I was surprised how nice

 

Turned it into an aircraft carrier. GoPro Karma maiden flight and it was stupid easy to control. Took off from the ground a ways away, but once I realized how easy they made controlling this thing, it took nothing to land on the truck without destroying shit.

 

Replacing the center shaft bearing....PITA!

 

Installed color matched door edge guards

 

Someone said something about stickers, but I can't remember exactly what. Anyway, I added a few to mine.

 

Changed a flat tire

 

Well, I know most of you guys are 4x4 lifted and loaded but my truck is 2wd and lowered. In addition to my supercharger and tranny upgrade, we just added the RK Hood with scoop. Headlights and tail lights are black ops units. Installed drop spindles for a 4" drop in front and lowering kit for 4" drop in the rear. Borla dual exhaust exiting through the black rear bumper. Double tint to the rear side windows. All chrome emblems removed and 22" wheels with low profile tires. Caliper covers in black. ARE topper on the back. Custom air bags on the rear for the extra load with my enclosed trailer.

 

I'm generally not a fan of lowered, but I have to admit that's a sharp lookin ride man!

 

De-chrome everything. Change them rims out with, you guessed it Black. Looks good + it's something different.

 

^^^^^AHHHH refreshing to see someone go a different route! I could just imagine it slammed a little more with a mean staggered wheel setup! Looks great nevertheless!

 

The 22"s are showing their age. Put them on in 2012. I really do not want to throw them away so I'm thinking blast them and powder coat in matte black.

 

I'm just about ready to put new treads on and I need to go a little smaller on the front. If I turn and hit a bump I get a little tire rub on the left front. A lower profile tire will lower the front a tad more but I will need to go with slightly narrower tire also. That definitly opens the door for a staggered look. I was told in 2012 when I bought these wheels and tires that this combo was the largest I could do. In order to keep from buying all new wheels and tires, I'm thinking of going with these 22's but blasting them and powder coat black.

 

Gotcha! This kinda gives me a look at what a supercharged lowered Sequoia would look like if my wife decided on one

 

Put on an aftermarket black grill today. Its not a perfect fit and I had to make a couple ghetto lower mounting brackets. Gotta make sure I like it better than the stock chrome one then put a fresh coat of paint on it.

 

Added some much needed storage to the ObxTundra.

 

Put my leather seat covers on. That was a job

 

I still have to get the head rests done yet

 

would you pay someone to do it if you had to do it again ?
